Birthday meal celebration on 18 September. We ordered Banquet 2 for 5 people. We were given the opportunity to change main course if we desired and we did. All courses were served hot. The service was excellent. The food was exceptionally good. No faults at all. The room was very tastefully decorated. We asked for a 5 minute break in between each courses and took place. It was a very busy night and did not affect the service. First time here, certainly not the last. Well done all at the restaurant. First class food and service.

We enjoyed a lovely family meal here in August, having not visited the restaurant for a number of years. We all had a main course and dessert; the food was excellent and well presented. The service was very good and we felt welcome. The restaurant has a good atmosphere, with the tables nicely spaced. We took advantage of the early bird menu for some meals which was great value. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon.

Such a great place for Greek food. Excellent service, fair prices and delicious food. Don’t sleep on this!

Good service and nice ambience. Food very tasty. Unfortunately, everybody's fries were luke warm but this was quickly corrected and new piping hot fries were brought to the table. Good location.

Visited for my birthday meal and it was lovely staff are always great.

Fabulous food and a hidden gem on the High St in Newton. Sunday tapas so I had pork skewers and chicken red curry with garlic and ginger rice. My better half had spring rolls and tofu spring rolls. Each dish was £7 and there was more than enough for us. Food was full of flavour and came piping hot so no complaints at all. We were the only ones in there which is a shame because it's a great eatery.

We had a gorgeous time here last night, delicious food, fabulous service and great atmosphere. Lovely restaurant, highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff, we will definitely be back.

Excellent and tasty evening meal yet again at The Sing Faye. Authentic Chinese menu, wide range of food choice with delicious fresh ingredients. A relaxed, ambient setting & with friendly & welcoming staff. Popular with families, special celebration groups or just the perfect special meal treat out, as we enjoyed! Thank You!

My husband and I had a fantastic meal at Souvla with our friends . Friendly service , good sized portions and good quality food . We will be back.

Always a pleasure to visit. As always the staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. Food just perfect for the occasion. Very reasonably priced. A must do before or after a theatre visit (depending on show times)

We came on a Friday having booked cinema tickets for later in the evening. I booked online but at quite short notice, they had no record but had a table available. We then waited around 15 minutes for someone to take our drinks order. We then waited a similar amount of time for someone to take our food order and only after we called a waiter over and pointed out that 2 tables who arrived after us had ordered, they took pur food order. The start of bread and oil took a considerable amount of time to come, especially considering the minimal amount of preparation required and then we waited for out main courses. As time was tocking on and we had cinema tickets, we chased up our order as we had been in the restaurant for an hour at this point and we were concerned whether we may need to leave to make our movie. The male waiter chased the order but didn't give us an expected time. We chased again with a female waiter who was able to confirm that our main courses would be 5 more minutes and was this OK? We confirmed it was and finally received our main courses. I has calzone which was hot and tasty, my husband had spaghetti carbonara which he enjoyed. We then had to ask for the bill and leave. Overall the food was lovely when it came, the price was very reasonable but the service left a lot to be desired. Considering how close to the cinema they are, you would think they would be more considerate of their patrons having onward, timed plans.
