Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaHaving eaten here a few times before, but not for a couple of years we were keen to see if standards had stayed the same. We were not disappointed! There are few places where you can enjoy such a great range of fish dishes. All our food was excellent and the lunch set menu very good value. Service as usual very courteous and friendly.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaQuirky pub, amazing food, polite staff and friendly atmosphere. What more could you ask for!
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeWe thoroughly enjoyed the mahooosive bully burger and the equally delicious chicken burger available during burger week 3-6 June. Perfect service. Only one girl on duty but she was perfect - polite, smiling and thoroughly charming. Would highly recommend as an excellent venue for lunch, evening meal or just an afternoon coffee. If only they did breakfasts......
The Denbigh – BexhillWent for dinner on a Thursday evening ...welcoming, friendly staff. Fabulous fish pie with plenty of chunks of fish in. Cooked in a tasty sauce, with excellent mash, topped-off with a couple of succulent battered whitebait. Beer was good! And to top the evening off there was live music too. What a lovely way to end our stay!
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeOur favourite fish restaurant. Lovely informal atmosphere, great service and wonderful freshly cooked food.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFirst time visit and loved it! Great decor/atmosphere/vibe. The food was gorgeous and, even though we were a table of 10, the service was prompt. It was also very friendly. Great for a multi-generational group, plus dog. We would definitely visit again if back in the area. Thank you for a lovely evening.
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeWe came here last Sunday with 2 friends from Australia. They are used to good seafood and were blown away by the quality of the produce here at Into the Blue and how it was cooked. Bouillabasse and surf and turf was had along with the best oysters all of us had ever tasted! From Essex apparantly (who knew!) From the house wine to the puds and sides it was an exquisite meal. The staff are lovely and down to earth and made our reunion meal and get together, really special..thank you!
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaWhat a find!! This restaurant was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and we were so lucky to have booked a table for our family celebration. The service was fantastic and the food was absolutely amazing! Both fish and meat lovers would enjoy the lovely menu and the atmosphere.

Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaExcellent, delicious fresh food, we LOVE this restaurant! Always feel looked after with personal attention to details. We brought our friend who works in the hospitality industry, for his first time, he was blown away and said would be back. Thank you for creating such a lovely place.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaNothing to say except another superb evening. The best fresh seafood around. Great team and so friendly. Don't waste time looking for better! See you all again soon.
Into The Blue – Shoreham-by-SeaFantastic roast as always.
The Seadog – HastingsFirst time visit for us. Weather was glorious so able to be seated in their lovely garden. We all chose the Roast Lamb with sides of Cauliflower Cheese. Lamb was cooked to perfection. Only one of us had room for dessert and they enjoyed the Eton Mess. Would have no hesitation in booking again. Thoroughly recommended.
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeHi. The food was excellent. We sat outside, 13 of us, and we enjoyed a family reunion. Only one little criticism. It took a long time for the food and drinks to arrive. Thanks
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeA bit late but rechecking our bill realised we had been over charged. We had one chicken roast but was charged for two a pork roast but charged for beef.Food was ok , but the sticky toffee pudding was very dry,had a lot better.
The Denbigh – BexhillDelicious food with efficient friendly staff
The Globe Inn Marsh Rye – RyeWe came in on Saturday with family and our puppy. We had specially booked as looking for dog friendly pub. We’re not local to the area so hoped it was nice. It really was fab! Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They made sure our puppy had water. We had a table which was nicely shaded and the food was amazing. Couldn’t recommend it all more. We will visit again when back in the area.
