Rosado’s Restaurant – BromsgroveA fine pub/restaurant but marred by disinterested staff, esp. in the bar. They seem incapable of staying behind the bar and constantly wander off. When they do try to serve people they make no effort whatsoever to serve people in order. This is infuriating esp. when there are hardly any customers. Are they blind or just silly young kids? No sign of a managerial presence at all. Perhaps they recruited the staff from some hell hole on Broad Street.
Barnt Green Inn – Bromsgrovea modern/traditional Indian restaurant.very friendly staff and great food.recommend to anyone.the best chicken tikka masala and chicken korma i have tasted
Deedar – BromsgroveFANTASTIC PLACE TO EAT. WOULD GO THERE EVERY WEEK IMPROVES EACH TIME I GO.
On The Rocks – BromsgroveWe had a meal at the Chennai. The whole evening was really good. The food was excellent and well present on the plate. A lot of variety in the menu. The service from the very friendly staff was first class. The surrounding in the restaurant were modern, very well maintained and instantly made you feel at ease. It was an experience that we will repeat in the very near future
Chennai Lounge – BromsgroveAbsolutely fantastic steak. Very friendly staff and wonderful atmosphere, will be coming back regularly and soon!!!
On The Rocks – BromsgroveI wrote a really excellent report on the Deedar Restaurant in Barnt Green a couple of years ago, sadly I have to say the quality of the cooking has declined remarkably on a recent visit we were unable to eat a lamb starter or a lamb main course as it was so tough, the main course was totally left on my wifes plate, I decided to pay the bill as they wanted to argue as to whether it was poor or not. I wrote a constructive letter of complaint to the manager, but alas, rather surprisingly received no response. Some of my friends who use this restaurant and live locally have expressed a similar views on the recent poor quality of the food. How very sad as not so long ago I would have recommended to anyone for service & quality. MikeB
Deedar – BromsgroveYou may need to book or go early to eat here as it's popular and gets busy. The staff are always welcoming and very polite. In our experience the service is always of excellence and the food well prepared. The ambience in the restaurant has always been pleasant and a pleasure to return to time and again. Go try for yourself.
Bano Phool – BromsgroveI have tried this place three times; once to eat in and twice for takeaway. Each time it has left a lot to be desired so it wasn't a case of catching them on an "off night". Staff are surly and the last takeaway I had, a Chicken Biyriani, was truly awful ! Like someone had thrown it up rather than cooked it....
Deedar – BromsgroveI prefer the Miu Miu at Marlbrook (diagonally opp.the Marlbrook Pub). Excellent service, quality and very generous servings.
Happy Valley – BromsgroveExceptionally Welcoming. Food is lovely as well as the staff being very friendly.
Oak Tree – BromsgroveHaving decided to pay take a trip to see what impact new management had made on this country pub, we were not disappointed, we even went back for a family birthday . Good home cooked food, the best Creme brulee you have ever tasted, a wide selection of guest ales, efficient friendly staff, a real country atmosphere to the place, and a warm welcome from the new landlords. We recommend you pay a visit its well worth the effort particulalrly the Sunday Roast, Andy cooked it, Gary carved it, bet you cant finish it !.
The Gate Hangs Well – BromsgroveI live very far away from the sea queen fish bar and I drive all the way from London to Rubery just so that I can have a bag of the legendary fish and chips that they serve.
Sea Queen Fish Bar – BromsgroveExcellent value for money with very nice food. Nice atmosphere in a country pub, friendly staff and waiting time is minimal. Service is always consistent.
Swan Inn The – BromsgroveIn my view, this is one of the best Chinese takeaway's in the South Birmingham area. The food is really v good and tastes quite authentic, esp the vegetarian fried rice, which has cashew nuts in it. The staff are also very friendly and chatty. The place is very clean and the price is fine for the quality of food. I will def return! Just one important thing to mention - this place is in Barnt Green, not Bromsgrove.
Happy Valley – BromsgroveGreat carvery, good value for Money, Steaks great
