Fantastic food as always and great friendly service from all the staff.

As always, excellent food and service.

Went in for early lunch , thought service was quite slow for how quiet it was , we had to ask for menus they didn't have lasagne when we asked but 1/2 hour later served someone with lasagne , the food was just ok , shame as a lovely setting , staff just not interested didn't see a smile out of anybody the girls serving!

Had dinner here on Saturday 25th Oct. Delicious food, as always and very reasonably priced. Very friendly service. We will be returning soon with the rest of the family. Never disappoints.

Venue = beautiful Food = mediocre Service = shambles Withing the first 5 minutes 3 different members of staff asked us about drinks. Odd but better to have too much service than not enough. However pretty much downhill from there. Mains came, enchiladas were just packed out with big pieces of onion. The chicken in them was quite plain. Guacamole seemed like was from a jar, certainly not made in the restaurant. After finishing the meal, over 20 minutes before someone cleared the table. There seemed plenty of staff, and they all seemed to be working but almost no order as to who was doing what. Got asked about desserts, before we could say we had already looked at the menu online, the man basically cut us off mid sentence and walked off. Orderd dessert from someone else, they were nice. Took a while to get the bill even though lots of staff frantically running around. Bill came with extra items on that we haven't ordered, also prices on the bill didn't match the prices listed on the menu. Judging by the venue, this should have been a brilliant meal, sadly was well below par overall.

Brilliant as usual. Went with friends and the 6 of us were well looked after. Food consistenctly good. Atmosphere just right

Had a Lovely chilled Evening in the Heatons Social The staff were very friendly helpful and attentive The Cocktails were good value for money and were on par with Cocktails i have in Manchester City centre I would recommend a visit to this bar and I will be making a returned visit very soon And maybe will try their food ,

Booked for my husbands birthday following a recommendation from a friend. Lovely location right near a car park and right in the centre of Town. The atmosphere was very welcoming as were the staff. We looked at the menu and were very surprised at the price for what you get, great value for money. The service was fantastic and very quick despite it being busy and the food, oh the food was lovely. I highly recommend the lamb shoulder. My husband loved his pizza which was huge. They even played a Happy Birthday song and came out with the slab of chocolate fudge cake and ice-cream with a big sparkler for my husband which i thought was a lovely touch. All in all our experience was fantastic and I've already recommended Elmas to friends and family. Will be visiting again very soon.

We recently had dinner at Bacchus for our 52nd wedding anniversary and we absolutely enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic unfortunately after the starters and main meal we had no room left for desert, which I'm sure would have been exceptional, maybe next time. The staff were attentive and courteous and the atmosphere was perfect. What was also pleasing was that the bill was reasonable. What more can you ask for?

Great food. Good value for money as the portions were really generous. Extensive menu so a choice for all. Waiting on staff effcient and friendly. Will certainly be back.

Very nice food all staff seemed friendly and it was no problem for them to sort us a taxi out back to our campsite as we had no signal on our phones

Excellent Sunday roast, lovely atmosphere. Crackling open fire too!

Really lovely place, great food with veggie and vegan options, service with a smile, lovely warm atmosphere accompanied by Open fires and wood burners just a really warm place.

First visit. Lovely atmosphere and pleasant helpful staff. Came for Sunday roast and chose beef. Large portions. Carrots and broccoli first class cabbage stalks need removing or cooking more. Potatoes and Yorkshire very good. However beef was tough and overcooked. Less well done and slicing thinner would improve. Will visit again as is good value lunch overall. Try turkey next time

Visited for Sunday lunch after a local dog walk. Fantastic food and fantastic service in a very friendly, warm and welcoming environment. Glad that dogs are welcome as my dog was totally spoiled by our fellow diners.
