Had a fabulous meal at Pacinos! We all had the specials and the food was top notch. Wonderful staff, food and drinks and such amazing value for money. A must do place in Chester but a hidden gem given its location. Don't miss out and seek this hidden gem out!

Excellent food in a relaxing atmosphere

Booked a table for 10.30 for three of us and everything was great the service was friendly and attentive the food and drinks were served in a timely manner and we all had different options and all were great. Thank you we will be back soon!

A fabulous meal as always. Bacchus never disappoints. Service, food, presentation, all excellent. We count ourselves lucky to have a restaurant of this quality on our doorstep.

My son and daughter were driving across country to take me for a birthday lunch when they got caught in a roadworks traffic jam 5 miles away. We rang and the staff were very understanding and made us welcome 30 minutes late. All the meals were delicious. They had beef bourguignon and beef lasagne, I had salt and pepper chicken followed by the citron tart. I really enjoyed my birthday lunch and hope to return soon.

I came with my wife and two teenagers. We all wanted burgers, but were told they weren’t available - not sure why. However, we were all delighted with our second choices. We had halloumi and chips, cesar salad, house curry and the beef and ale pie. All the food was piping hot and delicious and the portions were generous too. My son said he was so glad he didn’t have another burger! The staff were great and we enjoyed a lovely family meal in a lovely room. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Booked a table for 6pm but wasn’t seated until 6.20pm. Service was slow and had to ask when food would be delivered at 7.20 pm. Food came out 10 mins later, not great, fish crumble was dry and was disappointing. Kids pizza hard as rock. Asked twice for desert menus, gave up in the end. It wasn’t overly busy so overall, our experience was disappointing. After 2 x visits previously where service was slow, we decided to give it another go as it is a lovely environment. Unfortunately the food and service lets it down. Shame really. We won’t be back, third time of slow service and this time food was poor too.

Food was fabulous, had the two course Sunday Roast. Really great value and plenty of food. Chicken wings were tasty. Asked for extra gravy which was no problem. Love the fact they cater for everyone... Just had a to wait slightly longer than hoped for our drinks to arrive as they were sat on the bar for a while. Put this down to it being Mothers Day and they were very busy which is a good thing. Will definitely be back for sure. Love it here. Next time I will be trying the cocktails.

The best roast dinner we’ve had in years. Quick service. Good atmosphere and seating. Staff very pleasant. Food great. The beef roast dinner was excellent the meat fell apart and the Yorkshire pudding was fantastic.

Very good for Mother’s Day I couldn’t fault it the food was lovely came out quick staff was helpful nothing was too big for anyone ask for more gravy it was there and I just thought it was 5* service very friendly and welcoming

Went on mothers day... lovely warm welcome and really felt cared for. Food and drinks delicious. We were relaxed and happy. Can't wait to go again.
