Olive Tree – BudeWent for a meal at Bellini's on Friday, and what a meal that was. Superb meal, great quality and really friendly staff, my other half is gluten intolerant and the option she chose - The Chicken parmigiano was inspired. Would highly recommend a visit to Bellini's.
Bellini’s – WadebridgeThe atmosphere and the service was good. My son and I are vegetarian and went for their garden burger, which was described on the menu as garden peas, beans and spinach, however what was served was a frozen mash potato burger with peas and sweetcorn in (the likes that birdseye make) which was really disappointing given that it was £18 - for that I would expect either a homemade burger or a least an more upmarket pre-made burger.
The Slipway – Port IsaacLovely homemade food, staff were really nice have booked for breakfast before we leave.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonFirst time in Gweek and we picked the pub at random and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Excellent food, service and atmosphere.
The Black Swan – HelstonAlthough we were late, the staff were unflappable. We four were served generous and nicely presented meals in a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely choose the Molesworth again.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeService with a smile, food brilliant, extremely beautiful setting to be sat having a drink and food watching the world go by on the water. Will always bring friends and family to experience this. Booking process easy and without fuss
The Royal Fowey Yacht Club – FoweyA delicious vegetarian Sunday roast with a White Hart touch of combinations and tastes in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Importantly, with crunchy roast potatoes.
The White Hart – LudgvanRFYC provides the best food and service in town The food is of the highest quality and the friendly young staff provide a warm welcome. We hope to be back many times. Well done
The Royal Fowey Yacht Club – FoweyThe best view of the harbour, with the best food. RFYC have really got it right. With the new retractable awning and a great chef. Welcoming young staff make this the best place to stop on a SW cruise.
The Royal Fowey Yacht Club – FoweyFantastic venue amazing staff wonderful food
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonSunday lunch for three adults - superb tasty roast, very good portion size, lots of veggies plus sides of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets if needed. Especially helpful on my allergy. The sweets were delicious. No hesitation in recommending and returning.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeThis was our second visit and it did not disappoint, we brought a friend who lives in the south of France and he was very impressed with the quality of the food. The portion sizes are very generous, the staff very friendly and helpful without over doing it, all in all an excellent visit and we will definitely be back and recommend you to all of our friends and neighbours.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonWent on Thursday at 6pm for an evening meal and was absolutely delighted with the lovely food. Liver and onions and lemon chicken. So well cooked and tasted superb . Soup and chicken wings to start which couldn't have been better. Bryony was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her, she is excellent.
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonAs always a really tasty meal. Our party each had something different and everyone said how nice it was. We also had one each of the desserts which were all amazing. The service is attentive, quick and friendly
The White Hart – LudgvanGood food, good staff, quick service, good value
Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonAlways have a great meal here and staff are lovely. Been here many times now either as a couple or with a group of friends/family.
Molesworth Arms – WadebridgeWe eat there regularly as we are locals but 5 of us went there for lunch with my visiting Mum. The staff as always were lovely but the lunch was spoilt by 2 things - Mum asked for a “naked” chicken burger but the chicken was very tough - to eat and cut. They added extra salad instead which piled the plate high and untidily sadly. The second was a mother, 2 young children and a set of grandparents at a neighbouring table - the children were excessively loud and disruptive and we did ask them to quieten down - unsuccessfully sadly. It was difficult to hear ourselves speak and we weren’t the only ones looking over at them hoping they might finish soon. Perhaps the staff could have advised them quietly about how disruptive and loud they were being. Spoilt an otherwise lovely lunch - won’t stop us going back as we are locals and they were definitely tourists (maybe that is why they were tolerated by staff)
