Great food and service. So good we visited twice during our weeks holiday in Grasmere. Would highly recommend, make sure to book.

Came in July for a meal here and loved it so much we came again when back in the area in September. Food is outstanding the staff so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing too much trouble. V rarely do we want three courses but here we just can't resist. Love everything about this place. Highly recommended

Fabulous meal at Lewis's the sea bass was cooked to perfection and the vegetables which complimented the dish. The chicken with pancetta was very good and the lemon cheesecake. I had ice cream lovely choice of flavours. Wine was reasonably priced and a good selection by the glass if you didn't want a full bottle. Do book as the restaurant was full on Thursday evening. The staff are friendly and the service was quick. A very enjoyable evening with a great atmosphere

Had 2 meals at Lewis’s, both of which were excellent. We had had the restaurant recommended to us by the staff at The Inn and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Wish we lived nearer!

Villa Positano is tucked away down a side street in Bowness. The food and quality is excellent and the service is very efficient. The atmosphere in the restaurant is quiet and romantic. We visit every time we're in Windermere, booking highly recommended.
