Our Afternoon Tea was very good, and the service and ambience were lovely.

I have been coming to La Mezza Luna since i was a teenager (10+years) and I have never been disappointed. Its always been my favourite Italian in Carlisle and since learning i was Coeliac in 2015 i was pleased to know they offer a wide range of gluten free options. Great food and great service

Great food and service. I took my partner here on a date and the good was amazing. I can highly recommend the trio of pork and the lamb. Service was good and the owners were lovely.

This venue was recommended by friends, so we booked for lunch on our way to the South Lakes. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. The food was very good. Staff were aware of allergens and there were several gluten free choices for my husband. In fact he said it was the best gluten free fish and chips he has had anywhere.

Really enjoyed meal, food very tasty and well presented from a small but varied menu. Atmosphere slightly spoilt by a noisy group but that is hardly your fault. Will be back soon.

This was our first time at Lewis Bistro, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. It was fairly quiet, but for a Thursday evening out of season, I guess that could be expected, but the atmosphere was still very warm and welcoming, and we will definitely be back.

Had gray afternoon tea with friends , lovely welcome , staff and great character building . We all enjoyed othe relaxed atmosphere and food. In a lovely setting . Would go back again .

Every time we stay in Keswick (3 or 4 times per year), we always go to Woodstone. The food is wonderful, the staff are fantastic and restaurant is a lovely place to eat.

Our meal at Lewis’s bistro was absolutely gorgeous! The staff are very friendly and we didn’t have to wait for too long before the meal arrived. The only thing was it felt quite cold in the bistro maybe there was a problem with the heating? But we will happily return in the future.

Excellent, friendly service as always. Never had a bad meal here. Lovely to have gluten free pizza options but wish GF pasta was available.
