Great food as always. My husband says his burger was the best he's ever had and the poke bole was excellent. We always head here when visiting Keswick, guaranteed good food and friendly staff.

Plant by Kat’s Kitchen – KeswickMy wife and I enjoyed a gorgeous meal on Friday night. We were made to feel very welcome and were attended to by lovely staff. My wife even took a photo of the beautifully decorated toilets! Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to do the Fairy Steps walk with a free guide given. That was well worth doing. Will definitely call again. The Inn is a member of Britstops so we stayed overnight in our campervan, will recommend to other users.
The Wheatsheaf at Beetham – MilnthorpeI have never had a bad meal at La Mezzaluna! The food is fantastic, tasty and piping hot, the service is impeccable and friendly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this for both food and service and will be back again soon
La Mezzaluna – CarlisleWe booked Grants for the 16th September on our way back home from Ireland. Everything about the meal was brilliant. The food (pigeon & pork, & the sticky toffee pudding & cheese) was beautifully cooked & presented & the service was excellent. It was lovely to be able to talk to each other without competing against surrounding noise. Highly recommended.
Grants Of Castlegate – PenrithOur stay in Grasmere included a meal out, every night.Lewis`s was superb and not expensive for the quality of food we had.The Restaurant was lively, but not full, but the Staff were very good and were good for a laugh!Itwas nice to have a short walk to and from our Hotel, other places needed a bus/car trip.Definitely the best place to eat in Grasmere,in our opinion.Highly recommended.
Lewis’s Bistro – GrasmereDelicious food and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Faultless service. Perfect.
La Mezzaluna – CarlisleGood food, good service. Highly recommended. A bit noisy when we went, but it was a Saturday early evening, so a few parties were dining before hitting the town. Can't fault the food or the service. We'll be back soon.
La Mezzaluna – CarlisleIt just gets better every time we go
Grants Of Castlegate – PenrithBest vegan restaurant we’ve ever been to. Everything about it is wonderful. We will definitely return when we can and I would recommend it to anyone, vegan or not.
Plant by Kat’s Kitchen – KeswickFantastic value really good food my favourite restaurant in Carlisle now we have only lived here a few months but so pleased we found this restaurant
La Mezzaluna – CarlisleHad a meal on Friday night. I had the salt and pepper prawns, which were absolutely amazing, I would go so far to say best prawn starter I ever had. Then the vegetarian curry, which was good but didn't blow me away, hubby had scallops for starters which he said was good and the pork belly which he said was superb. Would highly recommend this place.

Pheasant Inn – KeswickVisited Saturday 17/9/22 Like many places in Keswick the Pheasant are seriously understaffed, we have eaten there many times but our latest visit fell short of there usual high standards, I hope they are able to remedy there problems soon, before it has an irreversible effect on trade
