Popped in for a quick meal on a Saturday. Followed the recommendation for the ham as it is prepared on site. Really nice dinner, nice people and not expensive. Big portions - chap said jokingly it was to stop us asking for puddings!
Loddiswell Inn – Kingsbridgefantastic size portions, really friendly staff - excellent steaks, have been 3 times now & always enjoy the nights dining. don't try to move the chairs they are huge, you will probably give yourself a hernia! Camelot Medieval Restaurant – Torquaywent couple of times, when on holiday to Brixham May 2006, huge pies, large portions fish, etc, very reasonably proced, gets busy quickly, so would recommend booking. locals very friendly, lovely pub/eatery looking forward to going again at end of June 2007

Winking Prawn The – SalcombeAs a local resident I cannot help but think we are the luckiest people in the area, to have a fine dining restaurant in walking distance of our homes. A trip to the village always includes a look at the menu in the window and several visits for dinner have followed. Being a total fish lover, to be spoilt for choice with at least three different fish dishes caught locally makes a welcome change from the average restaurant menu.
ODE Restaurant – Teignmouthi have eaten at the old barn in on many occasions with family and friends and have found it a lovely place the food is all fresh and the staff are very friendly. I had my birthday here last year. There was about 12 of us and it was one of the best nights. The staff went out of there way to make it a fantastic evening. The music was excellent and everyone was encouraged to dance. I would recommend it to anyone wishing to have a great evening with good food.
Grecian Taverna The – PlymouthI went there for the first time with my mother. She doesn? like spicy food but we just wanted something light for lunch. We ended having the soup which was a meal in its self. The waitress was very helpful with the suggestion. I Would definitely go there again.

The staff were brilliant and made us feel like we were long lost friends. The restaurant was tastefully decorated with fresh flowers on the tables and quaint ceramic cruets in the shape of sheep, available in the sheepy shop for a very reasonable price.

Ocean Drive – TorquaySpent a glorious evening at this exquisite restaurant. The individual attention to detail is the best I've seen. Organic cauliflower soup to die for, tiny onion tarts (one so not enough!) and seared local sea trout on a bed of baby broad beans and swede. And if that wasn't enough - chocolate pudding that melts in the mouth. All accompanied by a superb bottle of organic Sancerre. What a treat - can't wait to repeat the experience!
