As always the food was excellent, the atmosphere relaxing in one of the safari huts. The staff are always helpful and friendly. We had a miscommunication with our food order and it was rectified immediately. It was my first visit of 2024 and I’ll be back again. Nothing beats spending an afternoon at Kenton Park Estate with friends or family.

We've been going to the Vineyard for a few years and have always really enjoyed it there and love having lunch in a Safari Hut when we can. Yesterday we took 6 of our friends with us and had a wonderful time - they all said they'd go back and want us all to meet up there again . We have no hesitation in recommending the Vineyard.

First time to Kenton Vineyard on a beautiful sunny Saturday. Although we had booked we had to wait for over half an hour before our drink and food order was taken. We had the sharing platter which was plentiful but I felt that the addition of some chutneys and fruit would have been welcome. A stunning venue and I would return.

I booked a safari hut for a late lunch. Perfect location, chilled atmosphere, excellent Cheeky Fizz and delicious food all served with a smile and a laugh. Perfect afternoon and luckily the sun was shining!!

Hi, I had a wonderful 80th birthday celebration with you and hope I will be able to celebrate my 90th in the same way. I am sure I will be visiting with a much smaller party. The service was second to none so thank you for the great service I am sure you will see me many more times this season Margaret

Absolutely stunning venue, service is outstanding and the food/drinks are incredible.

We had a wonderfully relaxing lunch at the Motley cru bistro ( scallop and monkfish brochettes on a bed of delicious veg .) with some of their sparkling wine . It was a beautiful balmy day and enjoyed a walk around the grounds after lunch . Excellent staff - really pleasant .

Luckily for us, the Kenton vineyard is very close by so we often visit for coffee or lunch. It’s a fabulous place, a real hidden gem, which seems to get smarter and smarter each time we visit but always a friendly and welcoming place. Treated my daughter to lunch on a lovely sunny Friday. Fortunately I’d booked as it was pretty busy but we were seated in a lovely shaded cabana where we enjoyed a delicious vineyard white with the sharing deli platter of salami, prosciutto, cheeses etc. John looked after us admirably and even sorted a doggie bag for the leftovers.

What an amazing find! Had never heard of this place but off a friends recommendation took another friend for lunch for her 60th. A beautiful setting to say the least! We ate in one of the safari huts which is a must if you visit, so cosy! We were treated to a complimentary drink before our food which was a very welcome surprise. They have a fabulous menu but we chose to eat off the 'lighter bites' menu but we definitely want to go back to sample some of the other delights on offer. The staff were very informative and friendly, they made us feel very welcome and that they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there. Not overly expensive considering the stunning location and quality of service. Really looking forward to going back with my husband, I know he will love it! So pleased we found this place and thankyou so much for a lovely afternoon.

What a gem in the Devon countryside! We had a delicious family brunch in the stunning courtyard. The service was fantastic and so friendly. Lovely touches, like the macaroon on the hot drinks. We saw Jamie setting up for a wine tasting, which we will be booking very soon! Hats off to you all! We are excited for our next visit.

We had a family lunch. Food was excellent, but took a long time to arrive. Wine was also excellent. We enjoyed the laid back ambiance and friendly service, but didn’t like the smoke from the fire, which was unnecessary. Highly recommended we will be back.

This was our second recent visit to The Harbour Inn. There were 11 of us for a family Sunday lunch and despite a very busy service, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. Fabulous roast lunch, we will be back.

We visited for brunch on a beautiful sunny day. In amongst the vines you feel you are in the south of France! Amazing bagel breakfast platter. Quality local produce cooked to perfection and generous portions! We will be visiting for pizza and cocktails soon!

We had great service from Paul who looked after us at the Safari Hut which despite being the furthest away from the main building to stop him being very attentive ( he must have completed his daily steps just looking after us!) the food and wine was excellent

We came for breakfast and very glad we had booked!! We all ordered the breakfast platter and it was sent to us as a giant sharing plate which is great for us all. The service was incredible as we were able to eat at our own pace and order extra drinks when needed. The food was exceptional, service was great and setting was perfect ! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great birthday lunch at Kenton. There were 8 of us and we had a cabana overlooking the vines. The staff were so friendly and looked after us so well. The food was amazing and so was the wine! We would highly recommend going here. The outdoor eating areas are fabulous when the weather is good.

We have been to Kenton Park several times, as a couple, with friends and with family. Kenton Park has never failed to impress, the food is exceptional the service great and the location is a knock out. Kenton Park is not the type of place for a quick bite to eat on the way to somewhere else, it's a place to enjoy good food, fine wine in a relaxed comfortable setting to while away an afternoon. The menu is excellent, on this trip we shared a starter of the Arancini which on this occasion was beetroot and mozzarella, absolutely delicious. We followed this with the steak sandwich and the scallops and monkfish skewers and sides of the rosemary and salted fries. Neither main disappointed, they were both generous in portion, well presented and tasty. We ended our meal with the Eton mess and Chocolate brownie. Neither disappointed! Our server Dominic was knowledgeable about the menu, enthusiastic and gracious. Kenton Park remains a firm favourite, somewhere we enjoy taking friends and family and introducing them to some of the best that Devon and Exeter has to offer. We have enjoyed watching Kenton Park evolve and develop but never lose its charm and what at its core is good food, great drink and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
