Really friendly and helpful staff, and the food was great
The Harbour Inn – SeatonOur first visit after a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Excellent food, superb customer service, great views over the sea and good value for money.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthExcellent service! We were able to amend our booking with ease and we were welcomed with a warm smile. The staff at Belluno go above and beyond even offering 2 for £10 cocktails outside of the allocated slot! Will be returning!
Belluno Italian Axminster – AxminsterThis little restaurant was brilliant as always. Lovely view across The Sound and great outside space on a sunny day. You can eat as little or as much as you want from the very varied Tapas Menu. There is a good Vegan/Vegetarian offering of dishes. We will return for another lovely lunch
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthThe mouth watering chicken was a big hit withe the two boys, ages 9 and 12. An excellent menu generally with very friendly, efficient service. Fursty Ferret draught beer was a real treat! You certainly will be seeing us again and my in-laws will be spreading the word.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonWhere do I start… down visiting friends in Axminster and was told this place was good to eat, food is an understatement, service, food, atmosphere was all 10/10, some of the best food I’ve eaten in years at a restaurant, pasta was incredible, pizzas were amazing and the steak was UNBELIEVABLE, would highly recommend this place, absolutely first class!! 4 of us ate, with main meals, desert and drinks, very good value also… if you’ve not been, book… you won’t be disappointed
Belluno Italian Axminster – AxminsterWe had a very enjoyable time, the food and service were good The only suggestion is that I would make is that the . Grigliata di Pesce 23.50 should have a green vegetable with it, also that there should be a bit more of the pickled courgette. It was delicious, but just a bit unbalanced .
Belluno Italian Axminster – AxminsterLovely pub, the legendary Tanglefoot on the bar, gorgeous day, pub was busy but not uncomfortably so. Beer garden was perfect though our table no13 was wobbly and broken. Food was great value and the staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.
The Harbour Inn – Seaton5 star
The Poltimore Inn – South MoltonI had a wonderful Saturday lunch at Beluna Italian in Axminster. The staff were friendly and the service was without fault. I had the prawn and crab linguine which was absolutely superb. This restaurant is a real credit to the town.
Belluno Italian Axminster – AxminsterHad another great meal, never disappoints. Lovely atmosphere very pleasant and helpful staff.
Belluno Italian Axminster – AxminsterWe visited on saturday evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were very informative on the menu and specials available. The food was amazing and very tasty. It is a shame we were only visiting the area but will definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to revisit in the future.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonHad a table booked for yesterday Friday 16th May at 1415. As usual we had a table on the outside with views of the Sound….amazing! Waiter took the order for drinks and food which was delivered to the table in a very reasonable time. As usual the food was amazing….never had a bad meal here! The food is always fresh and hot….excellent menu to choose from?! A brilliant experience….will be back soon!
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthBeautiful meal relaxing atmosphere and knowledgeable host, Would highly recommend
Upper Deck Bistro – PaigntonTasty food and plenty of it. The lamb rump and red berries pavlova were especially nice, and a hearty breakfast set me up for the day. This is a charming old inn and service was friendly and attentive. Great value for money!
The Poltimore Inn – South Molton6 of us neighbours went for the Wrinklies Wednesday Carvery. Excellent!!! The choice of meats was very good and the range of superbly cooked vegetables was quite staggering. We are already planning another visit.
The Harbour Inn – SeatonThis lovely bistro is hidden away next to the Preston Beach area of Paignton, but it is well worth searching out! Firstly, it has an open air rooftop terrace with spectacular views across the whole of the bay. Then there is the food - a wonderful selection of tapas dishes, which were beautifully cooked. We selected five, plus a portion of bread, and that was ample for the two of us. Then there is the host and owner, Peter, who greeted us warmly, and was attentive but never made us feel rushed. It was the perfect end to our short break, and we would not hesitate to recommend it.
Upper Deck Bistro – PaigntonWe arrived there on Sunday just before 3pm to have Sunday lunch. Even the restaurant was finishing serving food we got really nice lunch. The service was professional and food is amazing. Also the view from restaurant table is breathtaking. Plenty of free parking around.
The Poltimore Inn – South MoltonSunday Menu: 2 courses, £31; 3 courses, £39.50.
