Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe’d long been looking forward to visiting after many recommendations from friends, and it definitely didn’t disappoint- food was quick and incredibly good! The tapas was as good as I’ve had anywhere in Spain and the service was excellent. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the views!
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe have dined here many times since Rob first set up shop in Barnstaple and also had the home delivery service during COVID. Rob is an immensely talented chef whose food stands comparison with any Michelin starred restaurant I have eaten in. His particular gifts are not restricted to creating perfect food but he also matches the elements on the plate to form an ideal marriage and each dish on the tasting menus flow seamlessly one after the other. Fine dining at its best!
Robert Bryant at Maiden Arch – BarnstapleVisited 12/01/22 Dinner Good variety of tapas on the menu. Service staff was lovely. We were the last 2 diners for at least 90mins and never did we feel we were being hurried. Massive kudos to the young waiter, waitress and two chefs (?!) Very reasonably priced too :)

Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWe were there on Boxing Day and couldn’t have felt more welcome. Our waitress was brilliant and the chef did wonders on his own
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthWow. What an amazing experience we had at the Maiden Arch for my husband's birthday. It truly is a special place to dine. We had the Exmoor menu & the food was out of this world, just the correct amount on each plate & each mouthful was delicious. We did the wine flight & it really was worth it, it absolutely made sense to each dish. The service was spot on & would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a fine dining experience for that special occasion.

Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthSuper attentive staff . Made to feel at home . Beautiful views. Great atmosphere.
Maritimo Wine & Tapas – PlymouthThe food at Maiden Arch is truly sublime. Robert is so talented at balancing flavours and creating dishes bursting with flavour. The presentation is beautiful but definitely isn’t style over substance - there’s never anything on the plate that doesn’t need to be there or that is just there to make it look pretty. I almost don’t want to review Maiden Arch in case everyone discovers it!
