Myself and my partner, went San Marco's last night (16.03.2011) we hadn't booked, and even though the restaurant was full they managed to shuffle some tables and get us seated in the time it took us to order a drink at the bar, the staff are lovely, professional and welcoming (especially Richard) the atmosphere is perfect, the right balance of enjoyable chatting and laughter yet still intimate, but the main reason to go San Marco's is the food, its amazing, we ate off the early bird menu last night for £9.95 you get 2 courses and a drink, main menu prices are still fantastic value for money. We will be returning in a few weeks for my birthday and my mouth is watering already.

we visited the evening of 15th March 2010, Just as the last visit it didn't disappoint. This place is lovely, a little gem. From walking in the staff, the setting, the food, it made my birthday evening very enjoyable.

Although we normally eat in St.Annes. One of our friends suggested San Marcos for a change. Want a cheap top quality meal go for it. It's now just under £10 for two courses (starter & main) and a drink. Evening was going wonderful apart from the cold draught with people having cigarette. but after waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a desert menu we deceided to pay & leave. Food, fantastic(except desert and coffee, never got the chance). House wine, not advisable. Service, well lets just say, don't be in a hurry.

i have had quite a few meals at the mill and the carvery is great value for money. You can eat as much or as little as you want and is consistently good every time

like the fish & chips and the blonde haired fryer is the best one there. i will be back again

Excellent food but the service leaves a lot to be desired!!! Booked a table for 8.30pm and wasn't seated until 9pm. Long wait for food but a nice meal.

Outstanding Service and very good food, always my first choice when in St Annes.

I visited this restaurant for the first time on 11th March 2011 with 8 friends. A very friendly welcome awaited us. The room was very tastefully decorated and the atmosphere supreme. I ordered from the early bird menu which offers a varied selection of starters mains, and desserts. I selected the mushroom starter and salmon for my main course. I paid an extra £2 for the salmon, but it was still very good value at £11.95 for 2 courses. The presentation of the food, the crockery it was served on and the delicious taste of the meal was excellent. I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening and will spread the word to my family and friends. We get takeaways regular from the Raj which they have no problem in delivering to Newton. Faultless food quality. Would highly recommend the Lamb Tikka Shashlick ..........Awesome!

What a great restaurant. Service was brilliant, prices very reasonable, location, easy walk around as its in a paved area of the town centre, the food was fantastic, hot on arrival & presentation was great as well. As I'm a regular visitor to Blackpool, this is my first stop everytime....love those big chips.

Have been going to Mammas now for 10 years when visiting my daughter and family. They introduced me to Mammas as they think its the greatest. My holiday wouldn't be complete as we make it a special occasion and all have a great night out with beautiful food and very friend service. Brilliant evening out for all the family.

Went here on Thursday with a friend for lunch enjoyed it so much returned on Sunday! Food was wonderful and so tasty, really lovely staff so friendly. I am going to tell all my friends about it. Denise Sawyer

We have now had three meals at the Olive Tree and we have been impressed at each visit. The food is excellent and the staff our very efficient and helpful. We love Cyprus and the Olive Tree brings a Greek food close to home. Well recommended.

Food is always great. Popular so would advise you book in advance. From experience, it's likely you will be rushed along if you are in a large party. Also, one particularly bad experience when a friend didn't go off the set menu, but sampled a mouthful from my plate, and a waitress shouted at her!

A group of 6 of us visited this restaurant on a Saturday in January. We ensured we booked in advance. Although the food was great, I have to say that the service was bad. After ordering some drinks we had to prompt the waiter several times to actually bring them over. When the mains came out we were missing one, when this was pointed out to one of the waiters he simply shrugged. It arrived almost 10 minutes after everyone else's with no apology. Don't think any of our party would return.
