Sapori – BlackpoolBooked on line with ease. Good varied menu and nice decor with a good atmosphere. A little pricey for Blackpool however. Most of the meals were fine. However one meal was not as described and when the issue was brought up with the staff they didn't seem concerned. What was described as a Mediterranean Vegetarian Burger was something that appeared to be a frozen veggie burger from a packet. You would expect home-made for the price paid. Will be trying other venues in Blackpool before we considered eating here again.
Toast Cafe Bar and Grill Restaurant – BlackpoolFound this restaurant because of my husband being a keen angler, and am i glad it's absolutely brilliant ! The staff the service first class, and the food excellent. We live in Wigan and happily travel to the Ashiana for a superb meal never been disappointed and would highly recommend.
Ashiana Tandoori Restaurant – KirkhamMy wife and I went to Go Greek after some of the reviews on Sugar Vine. We both agree the food is fine but oh the seating arrangement. we were shown to a table which was like a small shelf, it was so small we had to put our wine on the counter very very uncomfortable
Go Greek – BlackpoolWe have been a few times and most enjoy the entertainment nights. The place is usually very busy but the food and service is top drawer. The owners have got the balance right in terms of quality and value for money.
Olive Tree Brasserie – St. Annes-On-SeaWe went for my mums birthday. we were a little disappointed with the lack of flavours in the food. I wouldn't rush back.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-Fyldewent for a birthday celebration as my favourite Indian has closed down, a mutual friend recommended Maya to us, I was before arriving deciding that it would not be as good as the Indian which i had regularly visited for over 23 years, however WOW i was blown away the food was delicious and equally as good as my favourite Indian, service was fantastic, lovely clean linen on the tables, the staff looked like they could do with cheering up a bit, but on the whole the evening was fantastic, i would recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes a good Indian - FANTASTIC !
Maya – Poulton-Le-Fyldehave bean in almir many times best food in the north staff first class; see you soon don carlisle
Al Amir – BlackpoolAwesome food, outstanding service would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!!
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaSunday dinner at the Eagle & Child and nice to see it’s had a makeover. Not that it was looking shabby before but new carpets and a paint job do make a difference. This pub has always had a really warm and welcoming feel and that hasn't changed thankfully. Loads of choice on the menu and real ales behind the bar. Only slight quibbles would be the veggies were a bit al dente for my taste and why not light the fires – it’s winter and just adds to the atmosphere.
The Eagle at Weeton – KirkhamA great night was had by all . value for money , great staff , a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and no pressure to leave our table , it was ours for the night .10/10
The Sparling Barton – GarstangThis is a great Italian restaurant!! Massive portions, tasty food and great service. Will definitely be back!
Bella Gusto Ristorante – Thornton-CleveleysGood food ,shame about the layout ,the night we booked was busy, but oh , 25 people crammed into a little corner, we were almost sitting on each others knee very uncomfortable
Go Greek – BlackpoolRecently had our tea here after the food had been highly recommended by several different locals. My wife and I were very impressed with the staff and table service and equally impressed with the food - all home cooked, fresh food and veg, piping hot and utterly delicious. We would not hesitate in re visiting and would highly recommend it to anyone!
Royal Oak Hotel – GarstangFirst visit since the refurb and was very impressed. (I’m clearly not the only one either as it was pretty busy for a Tuesday night in early December.) We sat by the open fire and both had the fish pie which was a delight. It’s changed since last time I had this and is now what you might call ‘deconstructed’ but the flavours are amazing. Great wine list too – we had the Pieropan Soave. With the new bedrooms added and the back wall of the dining room opened up to give diners a view of the Wyre, this has to be the best dining pub in the Fylde now. In fact, it’s more like a French auberge which given that the owner is from Bordeaux is, I guess, no surprise.
Cartford Inn – Great Ecclestoni am gob smacked about this cafe it is that good
The Atrium – BisphamIf you are coeliac and are visiting Cleveleys I can highly recommend The Venue it is right on the sea front with sea views The choice for gluten free food is second to none There is cheese & onion quiche (my favourite) , pies pasta lasagna and they will adapt sauces and gravy. They even made me gluten free soup which was delicious with gluten free bread. The chocolate & nut brownie is to die for and to top it all the staff are great, really efficient but friendly with it . All in all its brilliant!!
The Venue – Thornton-CleveleysVisited the Moghul on Friday 25/11/2011 with my son. It was an extensive menu - took a while to choose our food! Food was full of flavour! Portions were fine! Service was excellent if a little on too attentive at times! A complimentary dish for us to try was a nice touch! Total bill was fine! We both felt really stuffed at the end! Looking to go back for my daughters birthday in December!
