Maxim house very good
Maxim House – Thornton-CleveleysGreat place and everything else. Rico always has a warm welcome. Always very busy when I've been but never had to wait too long. Been again and again.
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeA great pub meal at a fantastic price. Four of us dined we had two courses and two drinks each and still got change from £30. The food was tasty and the portions large. The desserts were to die for especially the blueberry pancakes. When we finished we were all satisfied without a big hole in our wallets......it makes you wonder if it is worth going to all these new posh restaurants opening up in the area. Can't fault this restaurant at all!
Trawl Boat Inn – St. Annes-On-SeaGreat atmosphere, excellent for a surprise birthday sing song - tin lids, spoons, singing waiters! One of our favourites.
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeThis was my second visit to Lytham's new indian restaurant, and it certainly won't be my last. The place looks good, the service was very attentive, as you now expect from Indian waiters, and the food was delicious. I had chicken Jalfrezi which was done just right, not too sloppy, not too dry. The place is going to do very well and is long overdue on the Lytham dining scene.
Red Fort – LythamGood value for money and in beautiful surroundings.
Springfield House Hotel – Knott End-On-SeaThis has to be the best in Fylde not just Blackpool !! Just simply the best !! All time favourite place.
Kwizeen Bistro – BlackpoolWe love it! We visit Blackpool once or twice a year and have to make a least one visit in the few days we are there. There are always new improvements, and the service is very friendly. It is quite noisy due to loud music so it may not be suitable for everyone. The decor is very unique and there are televisions so you can drag the men folk out when the football is on. All there is left to say is try it!!
West Coast Rock Cafe – BlackpoolGood cheap food, small portions though, my partnet had two Sunday lunches to fill the gap ! Friendly hosts, lovely spot.
Black Bull Hotel – Great EcclestonIf you want the best fish and chips in the country, then come and pay for them here. Steve N-w-S
Whelans – LythamExcellent food and great atmosphere, very different to restaurants in the area. Its the first time I actually seen an open kitchen in a restaurant, very very creative! The food is great and what more can i say?Try it yourself!Highly Recommended!!!
Golden Palace – BlackpoolThe two course luncheon at the very good price of £6,75 was excellent value and the fish and chips were top class. Also a good selection of sweets.Very elegant surroundings in the dining room
North Euston Hotel – FleetwoodOur party of four each thoroughly enjoyed their dishes which were up to the usual standard. Staff very attentive and friendly.
Portofino – LythamI dont live in the area, but I went there during the Open Golf tounament with my husband. It was extremely busy but the food was delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. I was looking for the Bilash website for my next visit in the area and I`m glad ive found this site. Its an excellent idea and I hope you do guides throughout the country.
Bilash Balti – St. Annes-On-SeaI had a good meal here with choices I wouldn't really have expected from a pub. I went for a chicken satay thing for starter and moules marnieres for main course. My companions, who are regulars, tell me the steaks here are excellent. Service was attentive. My only quibble would be that there are so many different menus floating around (I counted 4) that it gets a little confusing.
Good home cooking, friendly staff, panoramic view. Well worth a visit.
The Bourne Arms – Knott End-On-SeaEvery meal over a 6 week period was good value and to an excellent standard.
The Bourne Arms – Knott End-On-SeaBefore tonight, I'd only ever been to the top floor (live bands, loud music - sort of a classier version of the Tache(A nightclub in Blackpool for heavy metal/ hard rock fans)) However, the middle floor Restaurant is fantastic. Great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and what a waitress... for 3 people who had a meal and 2 drinks each the price came to £25.10 between us.
