Wudz Sandwich Bar – FleetwoodI was recently in St. Annes -on- Sea with my family on Holiday and pop into Moghul for a meal. The restaurant was very clean and modern, the staff were friendly without being overbearing. The food was excellent probably the best curry I have ever tasted not at all bland but very tasty and spiced to perfection.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-Seaevery 6 months I stay overnight in Blackpool. My treat is a meal at Moghul. I have visited forty times now in twenty years, as a travelling sales manager I visit several Indian restaurants per week. Ahead at the Moghul is the best restaurant that I have ever been to, as my colleagues agree. The food is out of this world and the service fantastic. What amazes me is the value for money. Well-done Mr. Ali.
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaI have been to many Indian restaurants around the north west and can easily say that the quality & service of the Moghul was excellent. My partner & I travelled over from Bolton on Saturday evening, as he hadn’t been to your restaurant for many years. Thank you for such a wonderful meal. I would love to have the recipe for the lamb zaflong, it was mouthwatering. We’ll certainly be returning for more of your hospitality and excellent food. Thank you again
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaI first started to visit the Moghul 12 months ago on an initial business trip to Blackpool i now try and return every time i am in the local area. Ali and his team have always made me and my colleagues very welcome and the menu never disappoints. The range and quality of dishes is absolutely first class and includes traditional favourites alongside dishes I have never seen before that are truly exceptional. this restaurant provides excellent high quality Indian food at a very reasonable price
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaHad my first visit to the Moghul this week (9th June) after lots of positive noises from my colleagues. I don't eat a lot of spicy food due to dietary issues so tend to avoid 'eastern' food. However the Moghul has a very well presented menu with plenty of helpful details about the many different dishes. This helped me choose a suitable meal. Crispy chicken rolls as a starter, excellently presented and very tasty. Manpassand Chicken (never heard of this before) with mushroom bhajee, rice and naturally naan. An excellent meal!
Moghul Tandoori Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaDined here with my girlfriend on Saturday night and thoroughly enjoyed it! They were very busy but managed to squeeze us in, I had the seafood and chorizo pasta which was nicely cooked and tasty and my girlfriend had a steak which she is still talking about! Next time I go I will be trying the steak because this isn't the first time I have heard how great they are supposed to be. We weren't too impressed with the dessert list so we didn't bother. I always appreciate a view of an open kitchen as I eat, I'll be going back.
Henry’s – LythamStarters and sweet and sour chicken were fine when we visited the Ken Ma on June 20th, but I was really disappointed in the duck dish I chose - it was described as roast duck with a plum sauce but it was deep fried and very dry.
Ken Ma Chinese Restaurant – GarstangI went here on Sunday Night for a family meal & had as always a very good time i had the Melted Reblochon cheese with Lyth valley damson jelly in a cripy filo parcel served on a bed of seasonal leaves to start which was very tasty and unusual. For my main course i had the 8oz Fillet of beef with chunky chips and peppercorn sauce, it was excellent although i did ask for my steak to be medium and it came medium to rare. And to finish i had the Cartmel Village shop sticky toffee pudding with ice cream, this ended the meal perfectly, apart from the steak being cooked slightly rare it was a brilliant meal & i will be returning in the near future. Thankyou
Cartford Inn – Great EcclestonI love this place have not been for over a year, so decided to try it, was a little disappointed that it hasn't been decorated its needs a little tidy up, and new chairs in the waiting area, but the menu was superb, my husband has sausage pasta bake, , sirloin steak and bread n butter pudding, which was all divine and a barging at 13.95, i had a risotto of asparagus, scallops and smoked haddock, it was AMAZING large portion and just fab, i had beef and chicken in a garlic sauce, the chicken was slightly over cooked, but the roast pots, carrots, green beans, and cauliflower cheese were gorgeous, is home cooked food at its best, cant wait to go back xx
Le Bistro – Thornton-CleveleysI would like to highly recommend this restaurant, the food is served freshly cooked with excellent service. If you have ever been to the Greek Islands for a holiday, this will bring back your memories, shame no beach, not always sunny, but well worth visit.
Go Greek – BlackpoolThe steak was excellent but the starter was poor. As for the decor - I don't think it has been re-decorated since the 70s - or at least that is how it looks. It desperately needs a makeover and some atmosphere.
L’experience – Isle of ManWhat a wonderful dining experience! The newly refurbished restaurant is a beautiful soft lighting setting, which makes for a romantic meal for a couple like us or just as lovely for a family party/occasion. The food is to die for, we have never eaten such authentic dishes in the UK and we vote this the no 1 Indian Restaurant in England! My favourites are Pineapple Rice and Lamb Rajshahi highly recommend both of them. The manager and staff alike are extremely attentive and the waiting staff outstanding. The Sunday Banquet is unbelievable value, served all day long and includes a Kulfi or Coffee for dessert. Please try this restaurant its wonderful.
Red Fort – LythamSandra & I have been regulars at the Red Fort ever since it opened. The food is always excellent and the service first-class and very friendly. Ahad, the Manager, will always make time for a chat and a joke with us,and encourages the rest of the staff to do the same. Over the years we have obviously tried several different dishes and have never had cause for complaint. The standard of the food has always been 'spot on'. Following recent refurbishment the restaurant now has a more intimate 'warm' appearance thanks to some clever, modern lighting. The Red Fort is, in our opinion, the best Indian restaurant in the area and we can't praise Ahad and his team enough for their efforts. The very fact we are there every week (and occasionally twice a week) is surely recommendation enough for anyone. Keep up the good work !
Red Fort – LythamI would not hesitate in visiting Tiffins - fantastic friendly waitress service, all the food is delicious and i believe mostly home made. The selection of cakes is mouth watering and you can choose from an extensive range of coffees and teas from around the world - overall a lovely place to eat and meet friendly people
Tiffins Tea Shop – Thornton-CleveleysMAMMA MANCINI PASTA SALAD!!...too funny, that'll keep me smiling all night!!!.. miss you guys!! see you all again soon..
