nice local shop, off the beaten track from tourists and worth the drive as nothing worth eating nearer sea front.

Saddle Chippy – BlackpoolWe had our wedding reception in JK's on Saturday and the food was out of this world. All the staff were genuinely happy to help i was so pleased with the way it worked out. We had such an amazing time and all our guests commented on how wonderful the food and staff were. If we were to have any future events we would definitely go back to here without a doubt. Thank you to Kerry and all the wonderful staff for all you have done and making our day so special,.
JK’s Steakhouse – Blackpoolwhat is it with Italian chain restaurants not marking off on their menu which dishes are suitable for vegetarians? Had this issue at Zizzi, Strada and now Frankie and Benny's This makes the menus difficult to navigate, and makes me more inclined to go to Pizza Express or Olive Press where the menus are easier to read and large V signs to let me know which options i can have. Despite this I had a most enjoyable meal at Frankie and Benny's. Nice friendly service, great food and a wonderful restaurant.
Frankie and Bennys – BlackpoolThe meal was cold and overcooked. A party of 8 and one main course never arrived very disappointed to say the least. Never again
Bistro Italia – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe ate here on Friday night and although the food was lovely the vegetarian options were sparse. There are quite a few starters to choose from but only one main! I ended up having two starters and a side dish instead of a main which was fine but it would have been nice to have more choice - another 1 or 2 would be good. The staff are very polite and attentive but the atmosphere was missing something that I couldn't put my finger on. I would give this place another go as it's not always fair to judge on one outing and like I said - the food was lovely.
Go Greek – BlackpoolWhat a complete load of rubbish, there is no way this restaurant is in top ten of best chippy's of the UK, more like bottom ten. My family and I were looking forward to a nice fish and chips dinner and what we got was a tiny goldfish and a few gritty chips. Lady who served us had a right gob on her and the vinegar was put on the table after we had nearly finished. Very poor service and yucky overpriced dinners.
Seniors – Lythamcalled in at 7pm on a night time,no puddings was told stopped cooking them at this time of night.got some chips which when got home were horrible, paid £1.30 for about 15 chips which tasted crap.we never go there again
Middle Chippy – BisphamVisited Sapori after looking on Sugarvine for an Italian, wouldn't normally go to Blackpool centre but Sapori looked really nice and had good reviews. We weren't disappointed, the food was fantastic, presentation was wonderful, service was brilliant. It was a wonderful evening in a lovely restaurant with wonderful food. We will definitely be back and recommend it to our friends.
Sapori – BlackpoolWent again last night - it's still the best., and it's still relatively quiet. Suits me.
Bombay Restaurant – BlackpoolWent to eat here for yet another meal which I have to say was fantastic. We've wanted to say how wonderful everything is for some time but just never got round to it. The choice on the menu's is fantastic and not over priced like some places we've visited. They've got a great specials menu which there is plenty of choice; a good reason to visit time and time again. It gets a five star from us. Thank you The Venue and keep up the good work!!! P.S. The staff are second to none! Brilliant.
The Venue – Thornton-CleveleysGreat place with Lovely owners who are real characters. Always busy and good for larger groups.
Lou-Shang Cantonese Restaurant – St. Annes-On-SeaJust spent £23 on 2 curry's,rice and 3 poppadoms.it was probably the worst indan i've ever had.Lamb was like tasteless shoe leather and it was all so wishy washy.Dont waste your money. Eastern spiceless!
Eastern Spice – BisphamThe best Thai food on the Fylde. We have tried them all.
Thai by Night – Poulton-Le-FyldeI Went here for a meal last night & as always very good food. The Duck was slightly on the tough side but, this didn't stop me finishing the whole lot off. The Service was excellent and prompt & the Bill was very reasonable for the food we were served.
Cartford Inn – Great EcclestonLovely small intimate place with excellent friendly service. Food was very tasty and very generous portions. There is a lovely outside covered area when the weathers nice enough and the music plays outside too! Would go back, really enjoyed it.
Pizza and Pasta – Thornton-Cleveleysfantastico! The decor and ambience is a welcome relief to some of the more 'rustic' environments in other Blackpool Italian restaurants. The diner is met with warmth and the service attentive. But maybe the best is the food....lovely to taste home-made and authentic cuisine. In fact the only difficulty with this venue is actually deciding what to choose off the far-too-tempting menu options!
Sapori – BlackpoolGreat food, nice place, friendly and professional service. Very good value for money too.
Buraq – KirkhamThis restaurant is now the little gem of Layton - we call here for our lunch and as we are working, we don't have much time so - we call for one of their takeaways - the food is always cooked fresh by Greek chef Spiros and served by the delightful Glenda. Even if you think you are not into Greek food give Go-Greek a try you will be pleasantly surprised how delicious and tasty Greek food is.
