Mimmo’s Italian Restaurant – Thornton-CleveleysLA FONTANA... Food = delicious and authentic, really good flavours Service = attentive, friendly, nothing was too much to ask Cleanliness = 10/10, clean and fresh, both classic and modern drawn together Value for money = really good, prices and menus to suit all Best Italian in Blackpool...definitely! No wonder this lot have been there 20 years...good work!
La Fontana – BlackpoolBrilliant, Tiggis has re-opened and for my friends and I all is well again, We meet about every 4-5 weeks for lunch and always at Tiggis. We tried different places, but it was not the same. It was great to see old faces, especially Romano, and the only snag was no veggie lasagna. Nowhere comes up the standard of Tiggis' lasagne. They had been open only a week and the place was packed -that says everything really.
Tiggis St Annes – St. Annes-On-SeaDon't forget to sell a kidney before you go, you'll need the money for these extortionate prices. (check menu price list)
Ship Inn – FreckletonVery bad. I sent my food back three times and I got no apology. It was very expensive and the cook constantly shouted at the waitress. I would not recommend this cafe at all.
Salt of the Earth – Poulton-Le-FyldeI got food poisoning from the first time I went. I also bought some bread which was stale. I will never go back again, but my friend did and said the food was horrible and the music was horrific. Very unhappy.
Salt of the Earth – Poulton-Le-Fyldei love this shop
Home Maid by Stella – Thornton-CleveleysThis was our first visit to Zen with my sister and family. We had the Zen banquet which was brilliant, the food the service, staff and the ambiance of the restaurant all a cut above the rest. Yes we all said we will be back and next time we will try the Thai menu.
The Zen Restaurant – St. Annes-On-Seathe Glendower Hotel is run at a top level standard.making this a first choice of accommodation in St Anns-on-Sea.top class comfort and a excellent restaurant.gives a great all round dining experience to guest,
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaNever had thai until i went the lady gladly showed me the most popular items and i loved every bit of it-very reasonably priced
Sabai Sabai Thai Restaurant – BlackpoolFabulous fish - go for the extra large haddock, it is do die for :-) Great service and well worth the wait if it's busy.
Our Wee Chippy – BlackpoolFantastic food, great atmosphere and brilliant staff. Had an exquisite meal which was tasty, very well prepared, served and enjoyed. Staff couldn't do enough for you HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!! A+++
Saffron – Poulton-Le-FyldeSpoons is good this one always a good choice of ales, high standards and good food. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The Thomas Drummond – Wetherspoons – FleetwoodOn a girls' night out, booked Saffron for a change. The 5 of us varied, from me, as a regular visitor to Indian restaurants who tries many different dishes and likes my dishes spicy, to 2 fairly inexperienced,1 very inexperienced and 1 who thought she didn't like Indian food, but who was converted. The food was lovely, I had a taste of most and everything was really good.On a Saturday night, the place was very busy, but . the service was very attentive, even to the point of asking us if we wanted to change tables when the party next to us were a little (but not unduly or offensively so) boisterous. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely pay another visit.
Saffron – Poulton-Le-Fyldewe really like mammas we live local and go for lunch once a week lovely food friendly atmosphere pizzas are great and the stuffed mushrooms(funghi ripieni)are really good best in blackpool.
San Marcos – BlackpoolHad a meal end of November, and i have to say easily the best Italian restaurant in Blackpool highly recommended !
Sapori – BlackpoolThe food is excellent with a wide variety of dishes of a Mediterranean influence and very reasonably priced. I had the Christmas menu which was extremely good value at £14.95 for 3 courses. The ambience is unique, very continental and relaxed with no pressure to rush which is a nice change!
Java – LythamDined at Ego last week with 6 friends, waiter very surly, didn't seem to be enjoying us being in Restaurant, food excellent, however dining experience overshadowed by indifferent staff. At approx 10pm, whilst we were waiting for our desserts, the lady from the bar came over and asked us if we 'would like any more drinks' as she would 'like to close the bar. Hardly very encouraging. Then the kitchen staff decided to close the kitchen and drag a bag of rubbish through the restaurant in full view. There was still a couple of other tables of diners as well as us. I was recommended to visit this new eatery, and was attracted to try it by a discount voucher we had been sent, although I won't be recommending it, or visiting again!
