First time here as was down on holiday, absolutely amazing food, huge portions! And Abby was great, very helpful and kind. Will definitely go back when back down again.

Anniversary meal but with a twist (no babysitter) So all 6 of us venture out for a mid afternoon feast here and had a smashing time. Food was really good quality and therefore was happy to pay the price for it, some may complain at pricing but I'm a firm believer that you usually get what you pay for and in this case the food couldn't be faulted at all. The concept/theme is not a new one although its one of the best versions I have seen and there was little to fault there too, kids loved it too which is always helpful. Now for the bad bit and this is constructive criticism rather than a complaint. Kids ice-cream milkshakes are too large and one of mine was sick afterwards, 100% my fault for hot having the heart to tell her to stop haha oooops! The main thing here is the staff need some top quality, no expense spared, training and as a commercial decision I suggest you do it fast or all the hard work is ruined. Don't get me wrong, ALL the staff we encountered were lovely natured, polite and courteous just seemed a little unsure, not very timely and so on... Also, just about every drink and plate was placed on the table at the nearest point to them which was in front of an 18 month old in a high chair, only a parent will see the issue there but luckily we only lost one glass of wine and no other incidents. The likelihood is that after lockdown there has been a new wave of staff whom are yet to gain their experience and confidence which is totally understandable and I wish them all well. We will 100% be returning

smokehouse was absolutely amazing ☺️ Went for food with some work friends, the atmosphere was lovely, the girl Abigail who took our order and served us for the night was so nice and the food was delicious! We can’t wait to go again

Good food, juicy brisket and burgers.

Excellent service , especially our waitresses Evie and Abbie . Highly recommend and we finished off watching the band after which just finished the day off well . Loving the new outside area , excellent for watching the bands . Definitely be back .

Booked a table for the family whilst on holiday. Arrived to find approx 200-300 bikers had taken over the place. Heavy metal rock band playing. Not suitable for the family. Extremely disappointing. Would not advise or recommend to anyone sadly. Abused by the groups as we tried to exit. Family left extremely upset and disappointed.

We visited last year and thoroughly enjoyed our meals, couldn't fault anything. So this year we brought family with us, and having said how amazing it was we were very disappointed. Waited over 45 minutes, for the fresh cooked experience, and there was no way our food was freshly cooked. More like hot held food, warmed through again. Bbq blow out - smothered in sauce, which screams out that its not freshly cooked and the sauce is trying to mask the lack of smoked cooked flavour. Wings were cold and rubbery - easily microwaved rather than cooked on a smoker/bbq/oven. Ribs - were OK, but no where near as good as our last visit. Kids meal was probably the best bit, but chicken nuggets and chips isn't hard! Service wasn't too bad, waitress was attentive to begin with but we didn't see her again! The lady who helped helped we complained about the food was helpful, but then again I would have expected that as a complaint had been made. Very disappointed after our first experience. Not convinced the food is authentic as we are led to believe.

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed our 5 meals, all different but all great tasting. Waiting staff all very pleasant and helpful. Ambience and atmosphere all very pleasant. Only slight gripe is about drink prices, but will definitely be back soon.

Overall “ok” but not sure it deserves premium pricing. The effort into the restaurant is all there to see. It feels great. But the food is really high level chain food, not really matching the pricing. I would feel if this was in Norwich for example It would not have such the novelty value. Glass still had lipstick on and clearly not washed properly. If you want novelty burgers or hotdogs you will find this place better than we did maybe.

Excellent friendly service and Amazing food. Parking was a bit an issue as we booked on a Thursday but the atmosphere in the garden was brilliant.

Great place to eat, well themed with an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend for a fun evening with friends or family. Had a great time, thanks.

Had a lovely meal and drinks for a friends birthday. Lovely food, wonderful location and helpful, polite staff. Will certainly be back

Been watching the work over lockdown!! Looks good So 2 visits in 1 week. First visit... Arrived early so had a drink outside..Ordered an individual bottle of Prosecco told ran out.. Only to order again inside to find they had not. Didn't check the price difference. Service was excellent the waitress ( Bre!! sorry ) was very good told us about the various meals and dishes we asked about. Food came out hot and well presented. The ribs were very tender and feel off the bone. . Mix up with the fries which placed a gap between us both eating. Portion size very good.. We actually stuck to main with intent of a dessert but was full with that. Second visit. Bike Night.. Oh dear!! 45 mins waiting in queue for coffees and soft drinks. Luckily an ice cream van pulled on next door campsite so used that for next round of drinks. Didn't fancy joining other que for food which is excellent as had some first Bike night this year. Will be back to use restaurant.. However talking with others Bike night is possibly going to be a miss. Little pointer to maybe help.. Teas coffees soft drinks away from alcohol bar same with bbq.
