Food was great value for money. Service was excellent attentive but not over done friendly. We have been to the Chequers for many years and never been disappointed.

Have dined here a good few times…. And the reason we always come back is due to the relaxed friendly atmosphere, lovely staff and amazing food…look forward too coming back again.

Best place for family meal

Great meal and wonderful service

Wouldn’t go again. Everything is kept hot of course but it’s all sat there all day going dry. Went for my birthday and I was told they did carvery. There was a measly bit of pork swimming in greasy water, some carrots, potatoes and cheap shop bought yorkshires. No gravy no other veg. All basically just noodles and curry and kids popcorn chicken and chicken nuggets. The only part I enjoyed was the desserts

First visit to the half moon. Booked after doing a search for restaurants that have a Gluten free choice. Very pleased with the Half Moon . Three of us not gluten free and one who was we all had excellent meals with plenty of choices. And a full gluten free menu. Good value for money. Very relaxing atmosphere. And couldn’t fault the staff . Well done Would highly recommend

We visited Kesarum after the launch of the new menu. The new menu is superlative, as always. The choice of dishes, presentation and taste is a straight five-star. I highly recommend a visit this festive season

Staff are so friendly and the restaurant is clean but the food is out of this world. So tasty and cooked to perfection, with different varieties to choose from. Highly recommended for any occasion or even treating your family/partner, they will love it.
