Whins Green KitchenMyself and partner had a meal on Easter Monday, I ordered the sea bass which was lovely, my partner ordered the sirloin steak and requested that the pepper corn sauce to be served separately, his steak was covered in it ! We tried to get someone’s attention, I don’t know if they were short staffed but he ended up just eating it , he couldn’t really enjoy the steak as the sauce overpowered it, also we both ordered a side of roast potatoes and vegetables, one dish was served, presumed it was for both of us but it was definitely not enough potatoes for two people even though we’re not big eaters. It’s a shame because my fish was lovely and the steak was cooked perfectly except for swimming in pepper corn sauce.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGood food, Very friendly service and great atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
Bread and Butter – PrestonIt was my first visit here and I took my friend to lunch for her birthday and what a treat we both had. The food was delicious, with a creative menu and plenty of choice for people with allergies, vegan and vegetarian. We had a great service and will definitely be returning. Its a lovely cosy atmosphere tucked into the middle of the town but in a quiet location. Perfect !!
Toms Table – ClitheroeWe had a lovely meal here on Good Friday, sat outside in the glorious sun. The food was great and the Sydney's sharing platter in particular was delicious. Staff were good fun and very accommodating when we decided to forgo the restaurant setting and sit outside. It is really nice inside also though!
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterIt was my first visit to Whins Green and it did not disappoint! The position of the restaurant is lovely, with our table having views across open countryside, so relaxing! The food was delicious, both well cooked and nicely presented and nothing seemed too much trouble. We will be back soon.
Whins Green KitchenAmazing food in a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

The Station Hotel – LancasterThis was our first time back for a long time I can’t wait till our next visit with the family The staff and service outstanding The food was simply amazing Great value for money
Quattro’s – OrmskirkThis was by far the best pub lunch I’ve had. We went on a busy Easter Monday but the service was still flawless and the food really delicious. Fresh, homemade with lots of flavour and a great choice of specials. The pub itself had a lovely layout and we had a great cosy spot by the fire. Highly recommend visiting. In the summer I am sure it will be beautiful to sit outside with the views over the valley.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe often come here for tea and the food Is lovely and service is always fab.

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallGreat meal, great value, great service. Would come back!
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterGreat meal, good service and really enjoyed everything. A little rushed as they're very busy ( for very good reason) requiring tables for new customers. Fully understand why this should be the case. All restaurants have to maximise their financial return these days and I wish Whitchaff well in this. They deserve to succeed.
