Excellent Food with super service

First time coming to the bistro and I can definitely say I will be returning. The food is beautiful and what looked like the restaurant manager, she looked after us! What a lovely lady.

The food was very good also the service was good we have been going to Verdes for over 25 years and always found it to be a very good overall experience.

The Sultan never disappoints! I dine here only occasionally but the warmth of reception and the quality of the food is always of a very high standard. The meal was delicious. It was obviously made with great care and attention and beautifully presented. The restaurant was rather empty being a Monday evening but that did not detract in any way. We had a lovely time at The Sultan.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary at Toms Table. Fantastic food and a great atmosphere making our night a very pleasant experience. Staff looked after us well and all were very polite and engaged in conversation. We will be returning very soon to enjoy again.

It was lovely to see the restaurant very busy after the festivities and their well deserved break The service was spot on and the specials/food was amazing This is a gem in Burnley!!

Everything about our visit was excellent except we Were approached four times by different staff asking us to order drinks the first time we hadn't even sat at our table

Having had a bad experience with the service offered in January I promptly cancelled a 2nd booking I had made some weeks later…only to receive an email the day before my “cancelled” booking…looking forward to seeing you tomorrow” to which I replied reminding them I had cancelled some weeks earlier! However I then received a further email stating ‘how was your experience” so I’m kindly obliging as requested “very poor service/communication with customers”…”both at the venue and online” I would only recommend visiting if you like to be ignored and spoken to in a patronising manner by the staff!!

Always good food, service, value for money and convivial atmosphere

Had a really nice meal, friendly bar staff and not too expensive lovely surroundings.

An excellent meal in a lovely location with very good service. A real find and well be taking the whole family now that we've discovered it. The only slight thing was that I felt the drinks were a little on the expensive side. The food, however, was well worth it. Thanks to Whin's Green Kitchen for a great lunch.

One of my favourite places to eat in Preston. I have been for burger night, tapas and the famous roast dinner. Never had a bad meal! Ryan is an excellent chef and the service is always great. The choice of drinks and value for money is wonderful. I always recommend this place to friends and no one has ever been disappointed. 10/10 every time.

First time here. Place looked great, busy and a good atmosphere. But I came to eat and the food was a big disappointment - every single dish (6 shared between 2 people) was incredibly salty making it mostly inedible. Bill was more expensive than Levanter in Ramsbottom (which itself isn't cheap) that also serves far better food and so I won't be back.

Friday lunchtime treat, for my mum and I, the food, style and service exceeded expectations, authentic and delicious. Can’t wait to come back.
