Outstanding meal, polite staff, wonderful location. Didn’t miss the alcohol at all once sat down which considering I’d been looking forward to a cobra or kingfisher all day is credit to the fantastic array of soft drinks and wonderful food. If anything, I do think the absence of alcohol made for a much more enjoyable experience

Enjoyed our visit recently at lunch time. Food was very nice. The young man who took us to our table looked after us (that was 4 of us) throughout the meal and was very friendly and polite. It was a lovely setting and will certainly go back again.

Whenever I visit Lancaster, the Sultan is top of my list for eating out. Been going for years and have always had great service and even better food. Keep up the good work!

I would highly recommend this restaurant, I had an extremely tasty steak and my wife had the wonderful stroganoff. The atmosphere was a delight and the staff could not have been more helpful. Can’t wait to return.

Second visit by myself and my wife... Quickly becoming our favourite haunt when in the Valley visiting friends & family... Service was top notch... Attentive yet relaxed... Love that there is also an immersive experience in your visit with part of the kitchen team working at a station visible to all... The Chef on the station was always willing to answer questions and a have a laugh... Food was very tasty and well portioned... Love the fact you can just keep ordering until you are stuffed... Keep it up folks...

First time back since covid did not like the setup at all. Made us wait on the foyer had to order food and drink whilst they're and didn't take us through to the table until the food was ready. Food over cooked will not return

Friendly staff. Nice food. Not licenced but lots of nice drinks. A better quality chutney platter would have made di ner even better. Thank you.
