Nice food go quite often lovely people, would be nice to see something different on the menu though.

Popped into the Calfs head for a late lunch on Saturday. Friendly service, good well portioned food and a unique atmosphere. A nice change from all the bland pubs that proliferate. A shame is wasn't a particularly nice day they have a really beautiful beer garden!

The stand out thing is the very friendly service. Love the vibe, was nodding my head to the reggae beats throughout the meal. Good filling food and I enjoyed my Jamaican Pale Ale. This is definitely my favourite chain restaurant.

I always wished for a buffet restaurant in Blackburn, and yesssss we got it. They have got less dishes but all are very good to taste, and staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed it. I just loveed it...

Well the Town Green has had a hell of a transformation. A slick and modern brasserie style eatery has replaced a boozer. Open all day from breakfast onwards. A great well priced menu and professional service that you would expect from a Seafood Pub Company venue. I would imagine this will become the restaurant of choice in Ormskirk!

We visited the Italian Orchard for a meal for myself and my husband in January 2015 the meal was excellent food and service. So we went again and took two friends in February, good food good service. March we went to my sister in laws 60th. And I have booked a table for 15 people in May 2015 as its my husband 70th. Looking forward to the service and the good food. I would highly recommend the Italian Orchard.

Just had a Blood Orange tea, wow! The Priory Hall is a great atmospheric place to quaff it! Will return to try the other 10 or so teas on the menu.

This is a lovely little restaurant, located by the promenade with great views over the bay. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The icecreams are great and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place was closed last time I was in the Inglewhite area but has had a total refurb and been given a new lease of life. Very impressed with the interior and planning to go back to eat here soon.

Fantastic authentic greek food with a lovely atmosphere .Waiter very attentive and the owner Lazarus was very charming and made the effort to come and talk to us .All in all made it a very pleasant evening. Would reccomend it to all my friends.

After being spoilt living in Southern California I did not think anybody could come close. But the Eagle at Barrow is the Best. I had the Poached salmon and Shrimp on Granary bread. I have never had anything like it. It was one of the best meals I have ever tasted. In fact I will be here for a few more months, and I will be back. After trying several Resturaunts in the Ribble Valley, this is by far the best.

We have been dining here for years and every time we leave extremely happy customers!! Our last meal here was for 35 people and the manager was so helpful via email, getting the meal and requirements perfect for us. (The vegan options created for us were superb!!!!) The staff were super polite and the service and evening was amazing. Fantastic prices, incredible food (large, varied selection to choose from too) and even our tables were dressed beautifully! Me and my friends from work sent to Waheeds for a meal. We had met up after a long time so we ate and chatted. We sat for 3 hours and one of the guys came to us at 9.05 saying this table is booked for 9pm. We felt so humiliated he was basically asking us to leave NEVER HAVE WE BEEN TOLD TO LEAVE A RESTAURANT IN THAT MANNER! He knew we hadn't had desert but he still charged us full. It was so embarrassing I would never recommend any of my friends to go there again no respect for people at all!

Quick service, great breakfast, sorry that I hadn't left enough room for one of the lovely cakes on display. Afternoon tea on my next visit.
