Excellent meals. Go there regularly!

Good Food, Good Service for a Good Price in beautiful surrondings. I love this place it has everything I want for a relaxing lunch or romantic night out & if you really want to impress a loved one the bedrooms are gorgeous. I have even taken my 11 month little girl for lunch & the staff were very accommodating (she is very well behaved & is accustomed to eating out). It is not somewhere for children to run around but an oasis for a relaxing quality meal.

Pity that it is so small and the lack of parking is not helpful, but apart from this the food is superb.

this has to be the BEST chinese restaurant in the northwest.cannot fault anythging about this place from the welcome to the leaving nothing is too much trouble for the staff who ensure everything is done to make your dining experience the best it can be.

Superb modern British cuisine with a Northern twist. Excellent wine list but the mark-ups put too many bottles firmly in the realm of the expense account holder.

This is the best indian food we have had, with a huge selection on the menu. You can get a frequent visitor VIP card and save on weekday meals. We practically lived here while we installed our kitchen! The waiters and Owner/Manager; Harun; are extremely friendly and efficient. You can eat here very reasonably, or splash out and have a feast. Highly recommended.

The Longlands is much more than simply a country venue, I was pleasantly surprised to discover on a recent visit that it caters for a vast range of clientelle with varying tastes, there is something to suit all and served at a particular high quality. Well done.

This is the best indian restaurant ever, we live in Hull but every time we return to lancashire this is one of our stops excellent

Whenever I visit this restaurant I am always surprised when I find it is often quiet. I suspect that on the whole this is because of it's location or the fact that it has not yet been 'discovered'.

WE MAKE A POINT OF VISITING THIS RESTAURANT OFTEN. THE FOOD IS OUTSTANDING,AND THE STAFF ALWAYS MAKE YOU WELCOME.

A Fantastic curry restaurant. I've been to lots and this is my favourite. I'm lucky enough to live not too far away and so get to visit often. I travel extensively through work and often go for curries in different locations in the UK. I still haven't found a better curry house than this. If you go (and you like garlic) try the Chicken Tikka Rashun. Wash it down with a cobra or order a bottle of the excellent rioja.

Intimate atmosphere for a 'pub' but menu much more varied than your average local, and of a much higher quality. Menu changes frequently and is extensive, from pub fare to more exotic variations. Always busy. One of my personal favourites.

good food 'had to wait a while but worth the wait.

We have never had a bad meal here, go every couple of months always in a group.The staff are friendly and look after you well, and the price is great for the service and food. Will be back next month.

A good easy atmosphere. Makes you feel welcome. Good bog standard italian food, a great place to eat.

After eating at the Snooty Fox Tavern, we decided to try their sister restaurant, the Stork. We were delighted with the food and service. Everything was cooked to order and the flavours were fabulous. Again we stayed the night as they have accommodation. Another great night out !!
