Lovely meal and great location. However, wasn't informed that we only had a 2h slot so meal was rushed as service quite slow.

I have been a frequent customer since Water Witch reopened after lockdown. Their service is fantastic, quick and smooth. Very polite and helpful staff, great food and excellent ales. This is definitely my go-to place for the views but the customer service as well. The team at Water Witch have done a brilliant job adapting fast to the new guidelines and each time I have been, I have had a great time!

We had an enjoyable evening at the Lodge, the quality of the food was good and the staff pleasant. Unfortunately, we had booked a table for 7pm and our table was still occupied at 7:45 after assurances that we would be seated for our meal, when our food arrived our table was still occupied by the previous customers. We had to inform the occupants of our table ourselves and they eventually moved on. It was shame we had to do this and the situation could have been much better handled by the manager in charge. Despite that the rest of the evening was pleasant..

Stayed in the lodge over the weekend and went for lunch yesterday. Staff were great, so attentive and friendly. Food was super tasty, would definitely visit again.

Lovely location, good range of food and drink, a very pleasant and simple outdoor setup. Waitstaff seemed a bit tired in the heat, but were still very prompt and efficient. Will be going again!

Lovely meal yesterday. The team were extremely attentive and accommodating.

We came to the Water Witch for our first pub lunch after Lockdown 3. We ordered fish and chips, a few pints, and desserts. The food was beautiful and the staff were very attentive considering how busy they were. We were also pleasantly surprised by the newly painted benches/tables and how clean the toilets were. Highly recommend.

Excellent lunch canalside Staff are really working hard to accommodate everyone and get to grips with the current rules. We ordered two sandwiches with sides and drinks and they arrived quickly and were presented really well. Excellent value for money and great service. Would recommend booking like we did as some people were disappointed to be turned away as walk-ins but the place was very busy in the sunshine!!
