We had two excellent evening meals at the King’s Arms. The menu is wide ranging and we were spoilt for choice. Food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

Finding one that is also good value, even harder. Brooks ticks every box. From the moment we arrived it was decidedly special. The choice of food, the quality, the service and the atmosphere is the experience we have been looking for. Perhaps being family run like Emporio Italia, is the secret to real success. Denmans Restaurant – HalifaxWe discovered this gem of a place a few weeks ago and have now been twice. The food is superb and makes a refreshing change from other cuisines. The staff are all extremely attentive and the atmosphere is friendly and inclusive. The quality of the food, service and atmosphere make it very good value for money. If you haven’t been yet, try it. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The food was truly exceptional - we all had different main courses and each person commented on how well cooked and delicious each course was. All the food arrived at the same time and the staff were on hand to check everything was okay. We all felt that this was one of the best dining experiences we had had in a long time.
