Ate here last night, can’t believe the other reviews I’m afraid. We were very disappointing, was expecting a French menu and was so looking forward to our meal. Unfortunately, there was little in the way of French food on offer. I had the queen scallops and the dressed crab, which was very underwhelming. I would definitely not recommend.

Panda Mami – YorkThoroughly enjoyed a late lunch with family. Great choice of food, especially if fish is a favourite, makes it difficult to choose! However, our choices turned out to be excellent, well cooked and appetising in presentation. All together, with great puddings too, an experience to be repeated! I have to mention the service - sorry I didn’t get the name - but the young woman was efficient and unfailingly pleasant, which can’t always be easy as she was constantly up and down stairs collecting food. Well done, and hope that your fine art studies at St John’s York go well!
