Visited while up seeing family and they were really accommodating as we had a baby and dog with us. Food was superb, some of the best Italian food we have had, great portion sizes and very reasonably priced. Definitely visiting again next time we are up!

The Royal Oak Staveley – HarrogateAn excellent stay at the Craven Arms. The dining experience was faultless: excellent food with a good choice, friendly service and a superb dining room. The room was small but comfortable with excellent beds. There was some traffic noise from the A65 nearby but earplugs solved that and the floor above creaked quite loudly at times. The landlord was always around for information and a chat. A great place to stay and I would recommend it to others in search of a great countryside experience.
