Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreAlways enjoy a visit to this welcoming family run restaurant. Sometimes we area big group sometimes just a couple. This time we enjoyed vegetarian pizza and a crispy chicken burger with a glass of wine followed by crumble and custard. Excellent value, friendly service - would recommend.
Roberto’s Italian – SouthportExcellent! Table booked. Food great. No wait. The best Scouse ever. Already booked for pre-theatre christmas meal.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreWe came back to Roberto's because we really enjoyed the last time. This time was to celebrate my husband's birthday with some family. We had a great time the food was excellent the service was to , the staff very attentive . Altogether there was 7of us and the bill was very reasonable indeed.
Roberto’s Italian – SouthportI ordered southern fried chicken and the chicken was burnt. The portion was small and as the food wasn’t that good it felt really poor value for money, especially considering I had to go somewhere else for food after which is unusual for me. Service was fine. A bottle of coke cost £4 which seems absolutely ridiculous. We originally looked at the menu on the website but at the restaurant it had been changed so we had to alter our order. Very overpriced. Partner ordered a burger which seemed cheap.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWent for the early bird menu, food was lovely and service was great.

Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreSuper Greek restaurant close to the Philharmonic theatre. Warmly greeted and shown to our table by a friendly member of the team. Quick and efficient service for drinks and food order, both served quickly. Great atmosphere at 5pm on a Saturday evening and we thoroughly enjoyed our food; mix meat sharing board, zucchini fritters, greek salad and tzatziki. We left feeling content with a bill of £62 between 3 people.

Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreLots of choice on the menu, lovely staff even greater food, hot and very tasty, highly recommend.
The Wargrave Hacienda – St. HelensFabulous. 4x of us came here 5:45pm on Sat before attending the Philharmonic for a concert, it is only 2min walk from the venue. The service was excellent & very friendly, the food was fabulous with good sized portions and the price was such good value for money for the quality of food and service. I recommend the mushroom starter (huge portion I suggest one to share) they were so nice we asked how they were cooked. They gave us a free mini brownie dessert. The toilets were very clean as was the restaurant. Would recommend highly esp if you like Greek food.
