Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreBooed for 1630 table for 3 , 2 adults 1 child . On arrival we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or out . We wanted inside . There were 3 tables occupied in the restaurant at the time . Tables are very close together and they appeared to be sitting us next to other customers , in an almost empty restaurant , to which we said can we sit somewhere else . They said they would add a chair onto a table of 2 , we said no and pointed to one of many tables of 4 to which they said no they were reserved . We had booked in advance . So we decided to sit outside . The weather was nice so was ok . The waiter thanked us for sitting outside , saved him some headache he said. We were explained how the menu worked from a young polite waiter . He did however encourage us to order from the left of the menu as it would be quicker . Anything from the right of the menu, main meals as far as could tell , would take longer and we would have to wait . So we order lots of small dishes which came out more or less instantly ! As he was using his I pad to take the order the kitchen must of been getting the food ready . We didn’t even have a sip of our drinks before it arrived! Food was very nice , hot and tasty . We were asked 3 times by 3 different waiters if we were happy with the food . Table check back is always nice but this was too much . We arrived at 1620 and we had eaten ,paid and left by 1700. Based on the service we would not be returning
Christakis Greek Restaurant – BebingtonWe were keen to try this newly opened restaurant and we were not disappointed! We decided on the special meze menu so we could try a little of everything . Food was delicious and plentiful. Service excellent from welcoming and friendly staff. Clearly very popular as very busy and a great atmosphere in the restaurant. We will certainly be back !
Christakis Greek Restaurant – BebingtonVery impressed with our experience, we booked a table as we were travelling from Nottingham for WWE. We had to changed this 30 mins before the time due to traffic, staff were very helpful and changed our allocation to a later time. Staff were also very helpful when we arrived, helped with making space for an electric wheelchair and made sure we were seated comfortably. Food and drink were amazing, thanks again!
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City Centre‘What’s Cooking?’ Albert Dock is becoming one of our greatly anticipated special treats whenever we go to a show at the M&S, because it’s AMAZING! Our booking was at 5pm & it was ‘buzzing’ with people & great atmosphere when we arrived in peak time. Service was EXCELLENT- really friendly, witty & lovely staff throughout, our drinks came, food ordered & at our table within 10/15mins. Perfect amount of attention from staff (but not too much). The food was BEAUTIFUL- 1 bacon stack & 1 vegan one, both incredible, with a huge variety of choices available & cheeky add-ons too. I pre-booked online because of my disabilities & was chuffed to discover that they listened to my personal needs & were so considerate- just BRILLIANT! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ‘What’s Cooking?’ Albert Dock Team for getting our special Auntie:Nephew birthday night off to a FANTASTIC start! We’ll see you soon

Goya Bistro – St. HelensAlways amazing- this time we came ahead of going to a show , we shared the fish platter - just right and like always service to the food , never disappoints .
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreMy wife's meal was inedible unfortunately. The sizzling veg fajitas weren't sizzling on the hot plate. It came cold with the veg swimming in its juices as if it's been left out for some time before serving. When we told them, they took it away and brought back 2mins later like it was microwaved. Not given fresh. It had to be taken away again but did not want a replacement as was put off. Wouldn't come again. Such a shame as I was looking forward to it as used to go the one in Knutsford. The server was lovely however.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreLovely cocktails, fantastic atmosphere and staff very knowledgeable!
Mr Smith’s Parlour – HoylakeFood here is always with a very friendly atmosphere. They are able to accommodate me with milder dishes. Also has a good choice of vegan/veggie dishes. Service is always good and staff are friendly. If they don't know the answer to a question they will always go and find out.
Ayuthaya – CrosbyLiverpool's loss is Wirral's gain, we were instantly transported back to holidays in Greece, everything we ate was fantastically flavoursome, We had the meze which was a great introduction to the menu and a seemingly never ending array of fantastic food, which try as we might, we simply could not finish due to the amount of food. Despite a very busy restaurant, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, service was impeccable.
