Whats Cooking – Liverpool City Centrethis is a really lovely pub/place to enjoy a nostalgic type of meal. nothing flashing going on here, just really friendly. highly recommend it, we'll be going back.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreGreat food served by very attentive staff who were very helpful during the arrangements for the birthday gathering that we had.I would highly recommend Sing Faye to anyone,THANK YOU!!!
Sing Faye Chinese Restaurant – St.HelensWe visited yesterday, early evening to celebrate my mums birthday. The service was excellent, our order was taken quickly and the drinks and food were all served quickly. My dad has Alzheimer’s and all of the staff (I’m sorry but we didn’t catch names) were fantastic with him, patient but more importantly laughed with him at all the right times! The food was fantastic, huge portions and all very fresh. They even brought out a cake for my mum at the end of the meal without us asking, she was delighted! ♥️
Christakis Aigburth – AigburthTik Taco is a little hidden gem of a restaurant where the real Mexican food is like nothing you will find elsewhere. There was four in our party so over the three courses we shared so we all got a great selection and there was not an ounce of disappointment with any of the dishes. One such dish was a rib eye steak which you could think was a ‘bog standard’ selection, however Tik Taco don’t do ‘bog standard’ and this was no exception and was probably one of the best rib eye steaks we’ve tasted. The service was excellent with great guidance for some of our dish choices. Great atmosphere for en early Saturday evening and to top it off the bill was much less than I expected for all the food we had. If you want great tasty Mexican food without the inside of your mouth resembling a furnace then give Tik Taco a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Tik Taco – SouthportVisited for my sons birthday. Food was good, quite expensive but ok for a treat. My son ordered a kids cocktail and it was at least 50% ice and at £5 a go, that’s not really acceptable. Raised it with a server who basically said that’s how they come and offered no resolution or even apology.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreThe Albert Dock is my favourite place in the world and we have frequented What’s Cooking on many an occasion. I was dining with family. The service was fantastic , friendly and efficient. The food was lovely. The view, as always was amazing. Highly recommended.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreWe have always lived the food here. However, the portion sizes have reduced on main meals. The effort with the food serms to have dropped. Side salads and fries portions are measly. The prices have increased though! There was an issue with my meal and the staff were amazing. Overall, i don't think we will be back in a hurry.
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreI had scouse for the first time and it was glorious, being a Mancunian I would have loved the option of suet dumpling as well.

Goya Bistro – St. HelensWent there for dinner 3 Sept with my son who is diabetic, lovely clean restaurant attentive staff who were very obliging checking carb ratio with chef. Didn't wait long for food to arrive which was well presented and piping hot and a good size portion. Reasonable prices will be going back 10/10
Roberto’s Italian – SouthportRe-visited Newton Le Willows after 25yrs, and was delighted to discover Goya’s restaurant. It is a fabulous and authentic Thai dining experience. We loved the starters - prawn rolls, chilli squid, and fresh papaya salad. The mains we delicious - green curry as good as any I have tasted in Thailand, combined nicely with coconut rice. The staff were attentive and kindly provided a Dyson fan to help us cool down from the summer heat. Well done Goya and your team!
