Arrived on time for are booking & ordered food within 15 minutes, waited on are food 50 minutes to be told twice in between times we haven't forgot about yous, while others arrived some time after us & got there order before us, are food eventually arrives cold, 1 of are party of 5 ask for a lemonade which had taken that long we cancelled that drink order. Place wasn't that busy so that excuse can't be used, definitely a very bad experience.

Booked a table for 2. Got there was shown to our table. Myself and my 86 year old mother. Half way through eating was told we had to move to a different table as a party of 6 had arrived and the table was needed for them.!! My mother and me had to take our food , drinks and belongings to the other table… that was up a ramp. My mother had a walking aid with her too. Which they didn’t give a damn about.The service was shocking , the food was freezing and there was never any staff around to help.! Very poor standards here book elsewhere.

We visited for dinner before the theatre Great value, we had a pizza each and a large wine Friendly service, it was very busy but food came quite quickly Delicious home made pizza and lovely wine A great go to!

Food was lovely, had a wrap and chips, my niece had southern fried chicken and my son a burger, all lovely, wouldn’t get the garlic bread again, it wasn’t worth the money and hardly no garlic on the French stick .

Full of characture andthe atmosphere is full of friendly banter and happy customers. The Scouse is superb and worth every penny. Even the dated decor adds to the charm of the place. A must before going to the theatr but get there early

The best Scouse ive had in ages and the pizzas are delish. Always our choice before a show at the Empire, you cant beat it.

Lovely food Lovely & polite staff excellent night

We ate here on the 20th of April. One of our party is coeliac and they catered well to her needs. Plenty of GF to choose from.The food is lovely and coctails really nice. Waiter very polite. Service was quick. Would defo recommend a visit.

Amazing food, lovely staff, great service

We normally go to other Italians in Southport but thought we would have a change and try Robertos for the first time. Initially it seemed nice in there (apart from the fact it was empty and they still sat us near the toilets! I ordered the calamari which was the toughest I have ever tried, my husband had the meatballs which were really bland. The kids shared garlic pizza and you could hardly taste the garlic. By this point I was nervous for the main... My seafood marina was really bland, it was edible but I can't say I was impressed. My husband said his lasagne was ok.. kids enjoyed there bolognaise and chicken nuggets. The salt, pepper and condiments all came in a pit in little sachets (I thought the Italian way was to come with a big pepper grinder) All in all we really didn't enjoy it and won't be returning, apparently years ago this place used to be nice but has definitely gone down hill. I didn't get any Italian authentic feel at all. Waste of money and a waste of going out for tea!

Lovely atmosphere in Mr Smiths we have eaten here a few times now with friends. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful The food is superb. Fresh ingredients, a good choice on the menu. The seabass and the burgers are delicious. Great choice of cocktails, Josh the chef always comes around to check everything is ok. A great place for a nice evening out

A favourite restaurant of ours. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The service is efficient. The food is delicious. And the free sweet dish is a great added touch. The whole experience is relaxed and the prices are very reasonable. We'll be visiting again.

Popped in last minute on Saturday evening. Food was spot on, the Awesome Beef particularly tasty. Chicken and the Sticky Rice really good too. Only leaving the atmosphere at 3 due to it being early and the place hadn't filled out so it was quite quiet. Staff were great and the food came out really quickly. Would definitely recommend this place if you like / love Thai food.
