We ave been visiting this restaurant for over 30 years. All the staff are pleasant, courteous, and the food choice is always excellent. The location is very convenient. Atmosphere is very good and clean. The service is definitely value for money. We recently went there with a friend, who was very complimentary, and would be happy to go there again and again. I highly recommend Sing Faye. Keep it up.
Sing Faye Chinese Restaurant – St.HelensAs always, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ma Egertons. Excellent food, friendly service, and an amazing atmosphere.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreScouse excellent as usual. My first choice of a pre-theatre meal. Value for money in a lively atmosphere with good service. If I lived nearer my visits would be more frequent.
Ma Egerton’s Stage Door – Liverpool City CentreThe garlic and cheese bread was not good could not taste any garlic, when the main course turned up the chips were cold. we got another portion after complaining but only one portion not two and the colesaw was full of lumps. Will not be going back !
Whats Cooking – Liverpool City CentreTasty food & generous portions. Excellent service from attentive servers. Not a huge menu but what they do they do well. Recommended for pre theatre food.
Souvla – Liverpool City CentreVisited Roberto's for dinner while away for a few days in Southport. It was the first time in a few years since we last ate here, and if anything we found it even better than our previous visit. We had booked a table and arrived nearly 10 mins early, but this wasn't a problem and were shown to our table. Friendly service from all staff that was excellent and attentive, and the food was fantastic! A great selection of dishes with good portion sizes and great flavour. The Penne al Pollo was delicious! Restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is lovely with images of Italy and a traditional Italian Vespa moped on display. Overall great food, great service, great restaurant and value for money. We will definitely be back when we return to Southport!

Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonI was really disappointed at the service we had book a table for 18.45 when we arrived at this time we had to wait as the place was full and the was someone on our table then when we finally got taken to our table it was not set no wine glasses no cutlery or napkins, a waitress cam over with 3 knives and 3 spoons and put on our table and said try had ran out of cutlery and would be straight back with more never came back then the people next to us left and they came and cleared the table and reset we had to ask for cutlery several times when we finally got some the forks were bent and had seen better days but we still had no napkins. Service was very slow wait 10 minutes to order drinks and we had to ask. We have eaten here many times and never have I been so disappointed with the hole experience food was lovely but 4 of us all had our and 1 had to wait we had nearly finished when the other arrived.
