Great little pub with lovely friendly staff. Food was lovely as always. Definitely recommend to visit before going to the Empire as it is right next door.

Advised to go here by my son who had recently discovered how good it was and I was not disappointed. Received a warm welcome when we arrived and the service continued to be excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, lovely and hot, and the portion sizes were amazing. Because it was such a hot day, I opted for the chicken caesars salad. Loads of chicken and bacon and was honestly one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Already arranging our next visit.

Great service & food as always. This is a great traditional pub to have lunch before visiting the Empire Theatre. Menu is varied & great value, generous portions of freshly prepared food. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent food but service was not great. They didn’t offer dessert which was includdd in the banquet. Left us sitting waiting for 45 minutes and even took drinks away. Awful experience.

We visited the Wargrave Hacienda restaurant for our wedding anniversary with two friends. We received a warm welcome and started with drinks while we looked at the menu. Great choice of Mexican food and prices very reasonable. The food did take a long time to arrive but then it was being prepared fresh in the kitchen behind us. Food was great and before we knew it it was gone. Dessert menu limited but had enough to chose from. A lovely evening, in a welcoming restaurant, with good food. We'll be back.

It was ok, but I won't go back. I looked at a menu online which turns out to be completely different to the one in restaurant. It's an expensive version of tgi fridays and it was disappointing. Could also do with air conditioning, very hot inside
