Fabulous restaurant. Lovely food and friendly staff.

Another catchup with good food & company before a lovely trip to the theatre. This time we gave the gorgeous pizza a miss and went for some lite bites, I’ll be be trying some more next time ☺️

My son and I really enjoyed our visit. We both had burgers - he had Cajun chicken which he really liked and I had Easy Brie-zy. The burgers were cooked to perfection. Will definitely come back! Service charge added to final bill, which I didn’t mind at all but just to make you aware.

Splendid food, pleasant surroundings, early evening menu for two courses is great value, though you have to ask for that menu as you will be given the a la carte when you arrive . Service was slow, it seemed this was possibly due to them being short staffed to cope with the number of customers at that time.

Fabulous service and an amazing place to eat. We booked, however the traffic was horrendous due to the LFC parade but our table was kept open for us. We were greeted with a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even though they were run off their feet. We asked for the quickest food on the menu and our delicious chicken gyros came within minutes, plus a complimentary bottle of table water. The prices were very reasonable and the restaurant had airy, light rooms. The bathrooms were clean and well presented. Thank you Souvla! We will be back and will recommend your Allerton Road restaurant to all

We visited on Monday 26th, the day of the Liverpool parade. There was a fantastic buzz in the restaurant and the staff managed the volume of people brilliantly, they were so friendly and helped with the atmosphere. The meal was gorgeous and super quick! The pressure was on for the team that day and they didn't reduce the level of service or food quality. Well done! We will visit again.

Booked table for 5 for 26/5/25 -the service was quick and efficient with a smile . The food was very good with portions on the large side. Nice atmosphere too- we’ll be back and soon.

Food was nice, good atmosphere, but very disappointed when the bill came and 10% service fee was charged. This was not stated anywhere & when asked about it, we were told it was because it was bank holiday!? The worst thing was, the drinks order took 20 minutes to come, and they didn’t even offer to open the bottle of wine, not sure what service we were paying for.

Really enjoyed the "What's Cooking " experience. Service was excellent , choice & variety very good & taste well worth another visit.

Booked a table for three for my sons birthday: Positives - food was nice with nice ambience. Feedback - I am a vegetarian and have been for the past forty years. I ordered the penne pasta dish and was asked if I would like to add chicken to which I said no to. My meal arrived which I started eating only to find I had eaten a piece of chicken. I pointed this out to the server who apologised and said they would remake it. I understand mistakes happen, however how it was dealt with was poor. Upon receiving the correct meal the server put the dish down and laughed saying pretend it never had chicken in there. By the time I had got my meal, my son and my partner had nearly finished their meal and I ended up eating on my own and felt the meal had been ruined. I spoke to the server and explained that I understand mistakes happen, however I found the whole experience and how it was handled extremely poor. I requested for my own meal to be deducted off the bill as a gesture of goodwill to which the server asked why I felt they should deduct off the bill. We sat at a table with a really bright lamp on which felt like an interrogation lamp! Not great, however easily resolved by turning it off when we asked to move tables. Sadly I won’t be in a hurry to return.

I loved everything about this place! The vibe, the service was brilliant and most importantly the food was delicious! Amazing portions and great value for money. They even gave us complimentary brownies at the end! So lovely and will definitely return.

We had the Scouse and it was great, memories of growing up. The pizzas on the table next to us looked very good and we will definitely try them next visit. Would highly recommend a visit, food great, atmosphere excellent and a great pre-theatre venue with top value for money.

Excellent food and service. We go quite a lot to sing faye and it's always really good. Would recommend anyone to try this restaurant. The staff are lovely and very friendly

Booked in for the cocktail night, 4 courses with cocktails paired. The service was excellent, really good value, tasty fresh food, staff double checked our dietary requirements, great atmosphere - can't wait for the next one!
