Food is lovely. If choosing the mezze its great price, great selection. Choosing a main however is much more expensive and there are no accompaniments at all. If ordering chicken kebab you will get 2 chicken skewers on a plate for £16.50 and nothing else on the plate. Also it is very very cramped and uncomfortable. I have been twice on a friday evening and a Wednesday late afternoon and both times we felt like we may as well have been on the same table as the people next to us. Perhaps offering a small accompaniment with the main (bread or salad) and having a good look at the space issue and it would be perfect.

The food was ok , really expensive for the mixed kebab,s especially when you don't get anything with it you have to pay extra for rice , salad etc , sitting area is to crammed in, definitely couldn't have a date night in there as you would be joining the next table ,dont think we would go back ,definitely wasn't worth the money

Good ambience, courteous staff and prompt services

We went for the meze which was lovely. Good size portions and really tasty. Very good value for money. Service was good, friendly, right amount of attentiveness without being overbearing. However like others have said the tables are far too close together. It makes it awkward and you feel like you're dining with strangers. Just removing a couple of tables would make it much more comfortable.

100% recommend this Chinese restaurant. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food is deliciously cooked and very well presented. Will definitely be back very soon for a date night. Many thanks Sing Faye

Food was absolutely outstanding. Worked in a Greek restaurant for many years and the food here was spot on authentic Greek food. Recommend the Meze....everything was delicious. Staff were attentive and service was excellent. Will definately return. Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful night!

Best restaurant on the High St

Visited early on a Friday evening, quite busy, as a couple we were sat in the space between the tables on the wall sides and the centre tables which as a result felt a little cramped. These four tables for couples should be removed allowing more space for both diners and servers. Had the meze, food was lovely and plentiful but the service whilst pleasant felt a bit rushed. Ambience overall felt hectic, people constantly on the move, couldn’t hear the background music, may be a bit more relaxing when not as busy. I would also suggest losing the ‘ black enclosure’ outside which offers nothing and prohibits the potential for passing business and in addition is an eyesore

You were so busy which is fantastic but we waited to be seated and never did so left!! But we will be back love the look of the place and it smelt gorgeous!!!!

Excellent Food and Service

We dined at the Ying Wah on Friday 14th August. The banquet was lovely and very tasty. The staff were excellent and very attentive. The restaurant is now very spacious and stylish. Would definitely recommend to all!

Another gorgeous visit can not recommend enough! Even accommodated with a particular table that my parents wanted
