Punjab Tandoori – Rusholmehad a meal at this place last Thursday after being told it was'the best Tapas ever'. unfortunately it was the worst Tapas ever. Tasteless. food, (the meatballs looked and tasted as though they had a can of chopped tomatoes poured on them). I have eaten at La Tasca and the food there is miles better than this pap. Avoid.
El Rincon de Rafa – Manchester City CentreAVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had a terrible meal at Rosso last night. The service was absolutely appalling. It took 20 minutes to seat us (even though we booked a week in advance) One of the meals was off and made one of our party gag! We had to ask four times for the bill. AND the food was AVERAGE. I would never go again. P.S. I don't usually write reviews but had to make an exception for this shockingly bad establishment. Spend your money at one of Manchester's nice restaurants! McDonalds would have been nicer.
Rosso – Manchester City CentreBest Indian restaurant in Manchester- without a doubt!. Go out of your way to try the delicious, different homemade food. Venue often looks dark and decor is dull - food in luminous - GO !!!
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeA party of 8 headed to Rozafa on last Friday evening. We opted for the mega mezes, 2 meat, 1 seafood and 1 veggie. The quality and quantity of food that arrived at our table was unbelievable. We left very full and with a free bottle of wine from the owner so will definitely be going back in the near future!
Rozafa Taverna – StockportMe and my Boyfriend visited The Lime Tree for a special Valentine's day meal and we were certainly not disappointed. Upon arrival we were seated swiftly. The service was very friendly and prompt throughout the whole meal. The cost of the meal was very reasonable at £45 per person for 4 courses. Menu choices was of a wide variety. We will definitely be making another trip back to The Lime Tree and have already recommended this restaurant to all our friends. :0) Christine and Karl
Lime Tree – DidsburyWould never eat there again, food poisoning and four days of feeling miserable and the memory of that burger!
Mud Crab at Grinch – Manchester City Centredont go here ,u wil get ripped off and illegally charged for "tap water"...terribly rude staff!
Chopsticks – SwintonWent to La Roma for Valentines, service was fantastic and the food was second to none. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant, in a lovely setting with a great atmosphere. The restaurant also has a relaxed, comfortable bar area to enjoy pre meal and after meal drinks.
La Roma Restaurant – BoltonWe were in the restaurant Sat 13th Feb 2009. Service was one of the worst I have known. We waited 30mins for wine and over an hour for food. Its a shame as the food was really good once we finally got. If they can't cope with high numbers then they shouldn't take the bookings !!! Staff were not on the ball at all and badly managed !!
Ambiente – WorsleyTried the bulgogi, Mee Goreng and Pad Krapow. Overall good food and customer service was excellent (very attentive staff) though the only downside is that the food was not hot enough. Prices are reasonably ok too. Seating could be a bit more comfortable.
Tampopo – Trafford Centreabsolutely amazing, will definitely eat there again.. Went valentines day and it was all priced reasonably.. Fantastic x
Smiths Restaurant – EcclesI'm used to Persian cooking myself as my family and I cook and eat it everyday so my standards for someone else's persian food is set high. I can happily say I have always returned for more. There's nothing difficult about the menu, all mains come with everything you could need and want and anything else is just bliss. Going back for more in a few hours!
Persia Grill House – ChorltonHad a lovely meal at Due Fratelli last night and the staff were so welcoming. I mentioned that I found the place on Sugarvine and we got a great table. The starters and mains were both delicious and I had some wine from the barrel which was also very good. I will be returning soon again .
Due Fratelli – ChorltonI recently had the displeasure of dining at the Buddha Lounge, which delivers good quality food with a terrible service. My girlfriend and I were made to feel most uncomfortable by the chap appearing to manage the place, Ben, who appears to prefer his diners to instruct HIS staff on how to prepare his menu cocktails. Thanks to his attitude and his staffs rushed service we came away with one thought, perhaps Mr Murray and Mr Lau could offer a takeaway service¦ cutting out this intermediary and his poor customer service whilst still delivering nice food at a reasonable price.
Buddha Lounge – Ramsbottomthe food here is great, the service is too. seems like nothing is too much trouble for the staff. the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. two thumbs up!!
Tavern Fayre – BoltonA great restaurant, really good food and excellent service, you really feel that you are being welcomed into an Italian families house for dinner. Would highly recommend Tarantella for cuples, families, work nights out everyone should go there basically
Bellini’s – CheadleB.E.A.utiful food!! will go nowhere else!!
