I would recommend the Happy Seasons in china town any day, Me and my boyfriend about 3 times a month, the crispy pork and char sui are the best we've ever tasted, the price is excellent and we've paid no more than £20 which includes drinks!

Had a wonderful meal at Azzurro on New Years Eve, menu was amazing, great atmosphere and service as always. I could honestly say that I must have had the best dish in my life. It was slow cooked Rabbit "agro dolce" served with fresh tagliatelle. This is now definitely my favourite restaurant in Manchester.

I have eaten here many times the food is always excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. There is a good selection on the menu and it is not expensive. Very good choice

The decor, ambience, atmosphere and Menu lean slightly more to general Mediterranean than pure Greek which I hadn’t quite expected but that was fine. I found it reassuringly (and surprisingly) unpretentious, decent no nonsense service, good tasty food, generous portions and good value. Ole

I have been going to the cafe Lahore since it first opened and it is first class. I am a veggie and the dishes they serve are lovely. A.J always recommends different dishes for me to try and he has never been wrong. I love the atmosphere of the place - good to chill out and chat with friends - take your own booze and no loud banging music that can often spoil a good meal. Wazim is a very nice chap and always makes us feel very welcome - try it - i know you will like it !

An absolutely superb dining experience. The staff are incredibly friendly and there is a wonderful homely atmosphere. The food is sublime and caters for every taste. This little gem is well worth the visit.

I went here on Saturday as a group of 4 girls. It was one of the best meals I have ever had and the service was excellent. The waiters couldn't do enough for you and to be honest I was expecting the bill to be more than what it was which was a nice pleasant surprise. Between the 4 of us not one of us had a bad word to say, we all picked something different from the menu and it was all perfect.

WOW! This place is seriously cool. Went just before Christmas and I was very impressed. The food is fantastic. The staff are friendly and the service superb. I'm going back again at the end of Jan. This is THE place to go in 2008. Make the effort to get there and you won't regret it. It's only a few minutes drive out of the city centre.

Definitely the best Indian restaurant around!!! Everywhere else just seems rubbish after this. Tuesday nights are £6 all you can eat buffet - highly recommended!! Not bad prices either!

I went here last night for my sisters birthday, and the whole night was spot on. The service was polite and everybody enjoyed their meal. I thoroughly recommend it to anyone!

Everytime i am shopping in manchester, i stop in Cafe Metro for a bite to eat. It has become a little tradition for me and my friends. The service is excellent, the food is lovely and its great value for money.

6 of us went for Sunday lunch - 99% absolutely faultless - £7.95 for two courses and £9.95 for three and it was beautiful food - chips to die for - salmon as moist and tender as anything - creme brulee yum! Very friendly and attentive staff. Only one niggle - they took a while to bring the vegetables to the table and we were all so hungry that we had eaten 80% of our food before it came but other than that absolutely devine and great value for money - I believe it is only £5.95 for two courses in the week as well so we will be back !!!

I have had numerous meals at this restaurant and have never been disappointed, the sexy mushrooms are fantastic. It is also great for lunch time meals as well, the lasagna is gorgeous, the only very small downside is the service can be very slow so don't go if you are in a rush but you don't mind as much if you enjoy your meal, which my husband and I do frequently, my children love it to.

I TOOK MY 14 YEAR TO THE NAWAAB LAST NIGHT 04/01/2008....FANTASTIC . THE FOOD IS ONE OF THE BEST, IF NOT THE BEST I HAVE TASTED AND I EAT ASIAN FOOD QUITE A LOT. THE STAFF ARE VERY GOOD AND POLITE, AND THE RESTAURANT IS SPOTLESS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HEARS TO THE NEXT TIME.

Went here for the 1st time on New Years Eve, it was significantly cheaper than its neighbouring restaurants in Hale so I was slightly dubious about the food, however I had nothing to worry about. The food is possibly some of the nicest Chinese food I've had. Light and fluffy, fresh fragant flavours. The staff we also very attentive, cheery and relaxed and happy to chat. I will definitely go here again and will be happy to take visiting friends and family.

Made an impromptu visit here in December 2007, it was very busy but the atmosphere was great, really busy. The food was lovely, very fresh and the staff although busy were always there at the right times. Will definitely go here again.

Very friendly and excellent food. We have been several times and have also arranged important family occasions there. The specials board is always interesting the fillet steak in a special red wine and tomato sauce is outstanding.
