Me and my girlfriend ate here last week and were very impressed with the food. Much better than the bland tastes of most La Tasca restaurants! Will definitely be eating here again.

La Torre – UrmstonThis is a risky thing to say, but the food here was as good as any meal I had in Thailand last year. It's more expensive than other restaurants in the area but it's well worth spending a little more as it was so delicious. I can't wait to return and sample the Chinese menu!
Pacific – Manchester City CentreThis is a fantastic old styled pub with excellent food which also includes Tapas at weekends. There is also a good selection of guest beers which change on a weekly basis. This is a pub worth trying, with it's friendly staff and good food and beers you will be back.
Baum The – Rochdalei love the imaginative, delicious food at Greens but, as a vegetarian of 17 years, was disappointed on my last visit to find Boddingtons and Guinness within the food recipes, neither of which are suitable for vegetarians due to the use of animal products in the production process. I know that the owner isn't vegetarian but would appeal to him to ensure that all ingredients used in the restaurant have been confirmed to be suitable for vegetarians. It is difficult enough being 'truly' vegetarian eating out generally and it would surely enhance the appeal of the place if vegetarians could rest assured that they were eating a cruelty-free meal!
Greens – DidsburyAfter reading the reviews, we decided to go and try after going to the Azad manzil for over 20 years. We tried the restaurant, the service and friendliness of the staff was superb. The food was different as explained on the website, and was fantastic none greasy and very tasty. They offered what to have and the choice was excellent will be hooked on the Coriander from now on, thank you Brilliant.
Coriander – ChorltonWent for a birthday with about 25 others - what a gorgeous place. Large bar - which is always good, lots of different seating places also a curtained off drinking area. Staff are so friendly and smiley - seemed as if they were really happy for your custom. Went at 7.30 - didn? leave till 11.30 ish and they were in no rush to clear us out. Fantastic looking carved wooden tables and chairs, beautiful statues and decoration....background music just at the right volume, food was delicious - a bit of everything from king prawns to curry (even deep fried ice cream....an acquired taste but I have now ticked the box to say that I?e tried it). Reasonably priced food and drink, great atmosphere - worth a visit if you want to impress that special someone. V.v.v. nice place!!
Nam Ploy – BoltonAndiamo was recommended to us by a friend and it lived up to his praise. Staff can? do enough and the chef is the owner so his reputation is on your plate.
Andiamo – WesthoughtonWould definitely recommend a visit, food was fantastic (retro dishes with a slight twist - try the red mullet and chorizo fishcake), staff were very friendly and welcoming, we will be back soon..
Grand Pacific restaurant and bar – Manchester City CentreWent to Panama Hattys on the 4th August, my wife, 5 year old daughter, and I. Great food, great service, great place. Staff are so friendly, the Jambalaya was excellent. Will go again soon.
Panama Hattys – Manchester City CentreAsian Fusion quickly became our favourite curry house when we discovered it early on this year. the decor is a bit odd (modern but clinging on to curry house table cloths), poppadom and pickle tray are excellent if you can't manage a starter. naan bread are perfectly fluffy and charred. we haven't had a bad dish there yet, in fact I'm just about to book a table for tonight!
Asian Fusion – ChorltonWent last night- even on a rainy Tuesday night the place was full, a testimony to the quality of the restaurant. Despite the business of the place, service was efficient and warm. Every course was excellent, and if you're going to indulge in dessert you must have the warm chocolate pot. The best dining out experience I've had in a long time.
Alberts Shed – Manchester City CentreThis is our favourite Italian restaurant, if only for the tomato garlic bread. We've sampled most of their dishes, and each as been spot on. Friendly greeting and friendly service
Ciao Napoli – BoltonThe food here is absolutely fabulous. I have travelled and worked in the Middle East and the food is exactly the same as you get there. The staff work very hard and are so nice to all the customers. The owner should be very proud of his business. I recommend it very highly
Petra – RusholmeHad an amazing birthday party, staff were impeccable, food was amazing, especially the desserts.
Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant – Manchester City CentreHaving discovered this restaurant through this site I was amazed how accurate the reviews were. I took my partner early on Saturday evening and the whole experience was magical from start to finish - comfortable seating, amazing decor, fantastic ambience attentive but not intrusive service and of course the food and wine were absolutely wonderful. I shall certainly be returning but apart from this review I think I'll keep the place secret.
Panama Hattys – Manchester City CentreThe best restaurant in Manchester
Sapporo Teppanyaki Manchester – Manchester City CentreI had my first date there Had my wedding reception there, and every year have a meal for our anniversary. The food is so good the building is beautiful a place for a romantic meal or special occasion. I don? believe there is a better place and I have been to a lot of restaurants.
I took my partner for a meal on Friday night having heard good feedback on Jem & I. I was not to be let down... On arriving the hospitality shown was excellent, full descriptions on all food and helpful with wine choice. Starters were wonderful, mains exceptional and the wine of the week excellent. Will definitely go back to Jem & I to experience again.
