Excellent

Been 3 times now, food and service excellent. We are new to the area so trying different venues and this is one of the best. Lovely view from the beer garden too. Definitely book in advance

Excellent food, good surroundings and good service

Everything top class, the staff were all lovely, food tasty, and the ambiance was just right. We definitely be visiting again

First time we’ve been since the revamp. Food and service excellent. I’d booked online and presumed we would be in the restaurant but we were put in the bar on bucket chairs and a small round table. Unfortunately the chairs were not at a comfortable height to eat - too low. The open plan seems to have made it very noisy although there were some very loud people in that night so maybe that was why! We would definitely go again but would ring and ask for a table in the restaurant part next time.

This is our favourite restaurant in Rawtenstall. Atmosphere, service and food are always perfect. Its not cheap but well worth the extra spending. With a cocktail/beer on arrival, a bottle of wine with dinner, 6 or 7 dishes to share plus dessert expect to pay about £50+ per head. We always leave with sore tummys from eating too much but its so hard to resist. We always order the mushrooms in gorganzola sauce, delicious ribs in BBQ sauce and I cant resist the raw oysters, their always big, plump and juicy. There's a board that changes each day depending on what the chef buys and we always find fresh seafood on it. Huge prawns chargrilled in the shell, marinated octopus on a bed of lentils, there's always something new and delicious. Make sure to book as they get busy especially over the weekend.

Been a couple of times recently..my slightly lower mark on the food side is due to the roast beef on my Sunday lunch. It was quite tough which was a shame as it was only thinly cut anyway. Apart from that, a tasty meal and excellent service from friendly staff.

Really great food and service. Fantastic evening. I'd definitely go again and I'd definitely recommend. Decor a little tired (ceiling coming down upstairs on the mezzanine). The waitress let us know that's due to be fixed.

Amazing food! Definitely be back, so delicious! Just maybe food came out to quick between courses, was so full needed a break but we have a plan for next time. See you soon x

This food is outrageously delicious! We live for the arancini, cheese and meat boards, creamy mushrooms and prawns, and to top it off, the specials are always to die for! By far the best tapas we've had and a favourite place for us to go for any occasion. You're missing out if you don't go, so go!! Plus the people who run it and work there are so lovely, what more can you ask for?!

Great Sunday lunch. Always good service and accommodating of our seating request. Highly recommend this friendly pub any day of the week.

Came over to the area to meet a friend for dinner and stumbled across the inn when searching for a place to eat in the area . Newly refurbished inside and Food was excellent , massive choice, and service was fab. A little hidden gem

Sunday lunch with my parents thoroughly enjoyed by us all. Food was just amazing and the staff were excellent once again. Such a lovely place to eat as the restaurant has been beautifully refurbished. Thank you.
