Great food, as ever.

First visit in a good few years loved the refurb Service was good and not pestering re drinks all the time Really good food all enjoyed and we thought good value for money

We love coming here when we can on a Saturday lunch and having a lunchtime platter. Absolutely delicious and all served by the friendliest team. Our favourite place ❤️

Had lunch 24th April . Food was brilliant, very large portions and beautifully presented. Staff lovely warm and friendly. Will definitely be coming again.

Lovely pub, great staff and amazing food.

Amazing every time. 5* food & service.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and sat in a nice booth. Waitress was lovely and we were left in peace to enjoy our food and drinks. Food was very tasty and filled us up.

Visited with my sister - her first visit, what was there not to love? Fabulous, tasty food, the staff were attentive and we really felt looked after, great atmosphere…. Yet again, can’t fault it….. will be back to bring in my 50s in May!!! Thank you!

Been a couple of times since the refurbishment, quite regular visitors. Had friends over from Yorkshire and took them for lunch. They were wowed by the menu choices. Had a fabulous lunch, food outstanding and lovely service. Will be visiting there soon

We have not been here for quite sometime. What a fabulous place, beautiful decor, meal and service were superb. Will be coming back.

Not been in since the conversion. WOW! Rather than just a pub, the place now feels like a high end bistro. Beautifully finished. We had a nice meal, the staff were pleasant and the play list was amazing - just right. We will definitely be back.

Of of the best pub lunch experiences I have had. Beautiful pub, great friendly staff and the food is stunning. Highly recommend the cheese and onion pie, best pie iv eaten. The only reason I have rated the food a 4 instead of 5 is because they’ve recent lot taken off the menu apple and blackberry crumble which was out of this world - please bring it back whitchaff!

We had dinner here last night - the first time we’ve been since the refurb. We loved the new look restaurant/ bar and the food was excellent - so much better in quality and interest than typical pub grub. Really good value for money. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Fabulous as always. We were a group of five including one requiring a GF menu. We ordered a good selection including the sirloin, king prawns, aubergine special, lamb kebabs and carrot dishes. Everything above and the other dishes we ordered were just delicious and could not be faulted. Tasty food, great atmosphere and excellent service. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The new layout and new renovation is stunning. Service is great, food is great, really good portion sizes and very good quality!
