The Queens Head – OswestryThe food was superb and the service excellent too. We are never disappointed when we choose to dine here and must visit more often. I recommend the mixed starter for two and the beef fillet with chilli, best meal ever. We were spoilt for choice on desserts and again first class quality.
Suree’s Kitchen – IronbridgeAmazing food.. great service
The Smokey Cow – TelfordBread was frozen and reheated, food wasn’t great
The White Hart – IronbridgeI have been going to the queens head for a number of years and always had an outstanding meal. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. We both had a burger, the bacon was very over done and dry. The beef burger was as dry as a bone, very over cooked. Neither burgers had any sauce so were dry. Won’t rush back
The Queens Head – OswestryWhat a lovely surprise!! Afternoon tea with a difference! Great food, lovely, happy, friendly and very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. This is located in a beautiful old building with loads of history connected with it. I have no problem recommending this establishment and would urge people to "give it a go"!
The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordThe service was as usual prompt efficient. Spotlessly clean and good value for money. First course, excellent, dessert spoiled by over whipped cream, almost tasted like butter! Would still recommend.
Water Rat – IronbridgeIt was so nice to eat in a restaurant where the whole menu is gluten free. We shared 3 small plates and 3 tacos: All of which were delicious and of different spice levels. There was an extensive cocktail list and we enjoyed our spicy margaritas. The waitress was friendly and attentive, adding to our enjoyment of the evening. If we lived closer we would become regular customers and will certainly be back
The Elephant Crossing – IronbridgeExcellent food, it's so good to taste the difference in quality food. We shared a Sunday roast platter and there was certainly plenty to eat and be more than satisfied. Didn't need to wait long either. Reasonable prices too. Great staff, friendly yet professional. Will definitely be back.
The Golden Ball Inn – TelfordWe had a lovely meal with friends at Suree's on Saturday night. The food was freash and tasty. The service was attentive. Highly recommend.
Suree’s Kitchen – IronbridgeWe were a party of 10 , all our meals were delicious and very friendly service .
The Swan At Ironbridge – Telford4 of us ate at Ribeye after Loopfest on Saturday night. The cocktails were lush. We all ordered ribeye and four sides to share. Macaroni cheese, onion rings, beef dripping chips and rocket salad. We chose a beautiful pinot noir to accompany the meal. The food was fabulous, the steaks were so tasty. Our waitress was lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning soon. I fancy Sunday lunch next time. Great value at under £50 pp
Ribeye Shrewsbury – ShrewsburyTremendous evening with friends at the restaurant. The food was excellent and very well prepared. Service was great and our hostess was as always attentive.
Suree’s Kitchen – IronbridgeWe have been here a few times and this time the food really wasnt great. Food was tepid and burgers were not good. Bun was soggy. It’s a shame as we have had amazing meals here

The Swan At Ironbridge – TelfordWe booked an afternoon tea and were welcomed with a smile and an explanation of everything included. The service was excellent, as was the afternoon tea with a difference. A refreshing change from the normal offering and we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely go again next time we are in the area. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, and couldn't have done more.
