Royal Oak – WrexhamFabulous place with excellent, good quality food and service.
The Old Courthouse – CaernarfonAwesome food, amazing service. Just perfect.
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogThe whole meal was excellent thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Atmosphere had a nice buzz to it. Service preferable that waitress poured our wine first. Value for money a little pricey but worth every penny. Absolutely delicious one of the nicest meals I ever had. Would definitely recommend to others
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogWe very much enjoyed our dinner on 23rd September. The lamb rump was generous and well cooked, dauphinoise potatoes and broccoli were perfect accompaniments. After enjoyable starters and the delicious lamb we had no room desserts.
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogAbsolutely divine as usual, the only place I like to visit, food and drinks spot on every time
The Victoria Inn – BarmouthFirst time at Green Olive, and it definitely won’t be our last. What fantastic food! Loved equally by the vegan and the confirmed meat-eater! And the service was excellent too. Can’t wait to return.
Green Olive – AngleseyWe had a wonderful meal, our first problem was actually choosing a starter and main, spoilt for choice. We both had different choices for both and food was not only cooked to perfection but was very well presented. Portion sizes were perfect and we even found room for dessert. This was our first visit and we were on holiday but if we were local the restaurant would be a regular place for us to have an outstanding meal. Service was warm and friendly and we thought the price was spot on. We highly recommend with absolutely no hesitation.
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogWe were greeted at the door by a delightful person who made us feel nothing but cosy and welcome from the moment we stepped in to the moment we stepped out. The atmosphere was laid back, the sofa and chairs were comfy, but it was the food and drink that stood out. So far, I haven't had vegan food this good anywhere else on Môn so my poor little lactose intolerant self will certainly be returning. And soon, because they said the menu's going to be updated in the near future. Can't remember the exact date so I suppose I'll just have to come every week to find out. What a shame. The only gripe I could have is that there's no evening menu, but I guess you don't need one at a place like this, and the portion sizes are so generous that the salad and soup I had from here kept me going for the rest of the day. I hope this place sticks around for decades. I'll be doing my level best to make sure that it does.
Green Olive – Anglesey5 of us enjoyed a fantastic evening this week with great food and exemplary staff. This is a real treat and highly recommended
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogMaple & sea salt latte - coffee I’ve ever had! Lovely staff and great atmosphere :)
Green Olive – AngleseyGreat food and good service. A pretty pub with atmosphere.
Three Tuns – Hay On WyeFantastic food. Great atmosphere brilliant staff
The Victoria Inn – BarmouthGreat atmosphere and very nice service. Enticing menu and everything we had was fabulous - soup, oriental rice bowl, mediterranean veg bowl, meatless marinara loaf foccacia. All delicious Loved it
Green Olive – AngleseyThe four of us had an excellent meal here last Monday evening. One of the reasons for choosing the Three Tuns to eat was that not many inns/pubs are open around Hay on a Monday, but that choice was fully justified with the level of service given to us by the staff. They were kind, considerate and helpful, even when I pointed out that, although we hadn't booked a dog-friendly table, we'd now brought a dog with us! That was accommodated with ease by the staff and was followed up with excellent service and food. We all had the White Ragu Tagliatelle followed by tiramisu, and the quality of the food was exceptional. We have eaten a number of times before at the Three Tuns, and will certainly be eating there again.
Three Tuns – Hay On WyeAt long last we made it to the restaurant and we weren’t disappointed! Excellent meal, great service and a relaxed atmosphere, we will return!
Y Sgwar – PorthmadogAlthough we had booked a table, we were taken to the far dining room and told to sit at a table. We were not offered any menus so asked other diners if we could use theirs. On giving our order to the staff at the bar we were asked for a table number. I explained that no number was on our table and was confronted with a blank look and made to feel stupid. I went back to our table which did not have a number so “pinched” one from the table next to us, as the people sitting there had finished their meal. I explained this to the bar staff and again was faced with no comment. The food arrived and it was good. The place was busy but the order was very prompt. Because of the attitude of the staff we did not stay for dessert or coffee, so our evening out was very short.
The Victoria Inn – BarmouthMy new favourite restaurant. Beautiful setting, fantastic service and delicious food. Very good value considering standard of food. Can’t wait to come again. Best restaurant in North Wales in our experience! Thank you.
