Our first visit for the carvery, very disappointed,meat was lovely but the roast potatoes were soggy, cauliflower cheese was sparse, couldn't be bothered waiting,my husband waited ten minutes for more, parsnips were sitting in fat,I was really looking forward as the setting is beautiful

The food was so good-2 of us had a Sunday roast which was the best roast I've had in years and the other 2 had the Aberdeen Angus burgers which were huge! We absolutely will go again-this wasn't our first visit as we've been lots of times before but we are meter disappointed.

After such lovely starters and mains I was expecting the same for pudding, freshly whipped cream is a must for a place that serves such quality food.

Telfords Bistro – ConwyWe have been eating at this restaurant for many years now and we have seen it grow from quite a small restaurant to what it is now the food is always top quality as is the atmosphere and the staff are always friendly and polite , to be honest you would be hard pushed to find a fault . We love it.

Three Tuns – Hay On WyeWonderful again. Probably our third visit to Y Sgwâr and yet again it delivers 5 stars. The ambiance is great, friendly but efficient. The food is the undoubted start performer. I have tried a range of menu offers from lamb to steaks to fish and this restaurant never fails to deliver the most exquisite of flavours and textures, food in perfect balance. It is our go to place in North Wales and worth every penny.
