Visited for a meal with friends. Great experience from start to finish. Lovely country pub feel, staff attentive and pleasant and the food was excellent. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.
The Plough At Eaves – PrestonWe ate here as a party of 5 (3 adults, 2 children). Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The food was good but not mouth watering “we will come again” type of food. Steak was butter soft. Cheese and onion pie was good. Chicken/chorizo skewer was ok, small pieces of chicken and not much. Don’t expect the hanging type skewer. They are small. Fish and chips. My son said it was good. Our only comment was the seating near the bar/window area. It is hard to reach the table when you are sat on the back rest fitted seating .

We chatted with the staff. We loved the food and the service was great. It was busy earlier in the evening but we were at a concert at The Town Hall. We were very glad they were still open. Even the waitress was having some difficulty manoeuvring herself through small spaces to access customers with food.
