Delicious

After searching menus we decided on The black bull for our works Christmas doo. They had a good selection, something for everyone and the price was very reasonable. So glad we did! It was an amazing experience. Firstly the setting was just stunning. It was decorated all Christmassy and it just felt so cozy and gave a really nice atmosphere from the start! The staff were fab! They were so friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. They had us laughing away to which was really nice. The food was lovely and everyone who came commented on how nice it was. Amazing value! You could tell it was quality produce and homemade. Really nice portions to. Overall it was a fab evening and we’ll definitely be coming again. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely evening

Had an excellent evening at A’vucciri on Friday. We always love the food here and the atmosphere is excellent. The restaurant is decorated lovely for Christmas, the staff are great, very friendly, always happy to help. Good value for money and very enjoyable. Would recommend and will be going again.

What a beautifully cooked meal. I tried Tiramisu for the first time and my partner is half Italian and he hasn't eaten one as nice outside of Italy! We will definitely be booking again.

Excellent meals, friendly staff, great atmosphere

Great meal at Slyne Lodge, everyone really enjoyed their time there. Excellent service, food came quickly. Nice background music,highly recommend.

The welcome was lovely and service attentive and helpful. The food was divine! I had the wellington and it really was beautifully cooked, lots of variety of veg to accompany the dish. I ate every last morsel and was stuffed! Portion size was great. my companion loved the burger and the chips were splendid and crispy. wish Id had room for dessert!!!

We had dinner last night, which was wonderful. The food was excellent and plenty of choice . Atmosphere was lovely . Staff were very pleasant and very attentive to our needs . Food was served quickly . Will definitely return. All round Excellent place for a meal .Thankyou

Food is out of this world! Waiting on staff extremely slow - sat with dirty plates for half an hour.

Eight of us had a Christmas meal last week. It was to the usual high standard from the Christmas menu. Food was hot and tasty, well presented and delivered to the table with enough time to have a drink and a chat. Service was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We work at the hospital, so the distance to get to Ginger Bistro is ideal. For those who had not been before, they cant wait to visit again. Hopefully not too long.........covid allowing!!

Great food great atmosphere

Food was excellent and service very good too. Unfortunately our table was positioned at the end of what felt like a wind tunnel despite being at the back of the restaurant. We were cold and got colder during the meal. Table was next to a door so think it was draughty. Think the restaurant lacks a bit of atmosphere.
