Lovely greeting from very friendly staff who were attentive throughout. Good gluten free options available and very tasty. I had pasta carbonara and tomato and garlic pizza bread. My partner had creamy garlic mushrooms and pepperoni pizza which was beautiful. If it wasn't for the calories we'd be there every weekend !!

Had dinner for my wife’s birthday celebration. The first time we’d been at night, although have been for Sunday Lunch a few times. We’ve always enjoyed our meal on Sundays and weren’t disappointed this evening. Food was excellent, plenty of choice, especially with the specials, which was what we choose from; all having a fish dish, none of them duplicated. Will be back soonest.

Fully agree with previous comments... A really warm welcome and lovely atmosphere. Having had starters which were excellent my wife opted for the cod gratin for main course and I opted for the swordfish, both were good, however we both felt that far to much salt had been used in the cooking process of both dishes. Apart from that all fine. When next in the area will definitely return.

Good atmosphere only down side was going into the conservatory which was nice but when the heating was turned off freezing however credit to the staff they put it back on! Thank you ! Food was delicious and service very good especially when they were packed out x will definitely return and the new menu is amazing 5⭐️

Visited from Lunch , pre booked in restaurant. Greeted by young vary smart and polite waitresses, who were very quick and attentive and sorted out any requests quickly. Food arrived nice and Hot and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Would recommend the Chunky Steak pie and the Roast Dinners meat was excellent only one small slight criticism was that the chips were a little over cooked. But it was a very busy day . Atmosphere was good and the restaurant was spotlessly clean. The Waiters never stopped and it was obvious that they enjoyed the job and knew what they were doing. No hanging around talking or on phones credit to themselves and the management

A really lovely place to eat. The food is tremendous, each dish was beautifully presented and tasted great. We particularly enjoyed the Hake Ceylon. Friendly, polite service too. We will certainly return and have recommended Brooks to several friends already.

We really enjoyed our evening. I had the best garlic mushroom starter that I've ever had. My wife really enjoyed her patè. My barnsley chop was maybe a tad overcooked but that was totally outweighed by the plate as a whole. Gravy was lovely, Yorkshire pudding was great, the vegetables were perfect. My wife had the money bag seafood and it was great. Definitely recommend

Love Tabby Teas so much! I have been here a number of times because of how amazing it is. I went last week and Rachel was lovely. She went above and beyond whilst I was there which was great because I went alone and she made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be returning and I will constantly recommend Tabby Teas to everyone.

We were a party of 4 last Sunday Evening 23 February. We were unanimous in thinking that the food, the service and the atmosphere were excellent. Staff were attentive but unobtrusive. The quality of the food was high and we were impressed with the range of vegetarian options. The icing on the cake was a member of the team leaving the restaurant in the pouring rain to return a scarf we had left behind. This was our 4th visit and it is somewhere we will undoubtedly return. Many thanks for a great evening.

Carvery tasted nice but was barely warm @ 17:30

Amazing food and service, everything was of such high quality. If anyone want to try Mexican food, this is the place to go.
