Master McGraths – SouthportOn Saturday myself, me son and nephew came to Opa Opa for a early dinner, we had a reservation for later In the day but got there early this was no problem they changed our booking, the atmosphere was liking being on Greece with music playing and the pictures on thr tv of Greece. I had Moussaka which was to die for, I've not had any Moussaka in this country taste as good as this did amd exactly as it tastes when visiting Greece, the lads had Chicken Gyros which they both enjoyed very much, portion sizes were unbelievable. Thr only downside was when we had our starter of spinach and feta parcels l, we were all still dipping into the tatziki the plate was taken away before we could say anything, on the whole this hasn't put us off returning.
Opa Opa – Liverpool City CentreExcellent food and service - really nice experience- will always go back to this restaurant
Tik Taco – SouthportGreat meal with very speedy, friendly and attentive service
Roberto’s Italian – SouthportThe meal i had at Roberto's was lovely however the service left some room for improvement. There was 2 amazing male waitors, I think one may of been the owner, they were attentive and helpful however the female member of staff possibly front of house made me feel uncomfortable, pushing my drinks order, speaking over/ cutting off my friend when ordering her food before she had finished making her request and then attempting to over charge when paying the bill, suggesting we paid £20 each for a £38 bill - to then ask if we wanted to leave a tip via the card machine. She did not represent Roberto's well and it's a terrible shame as the food was fabulous and cannot be faulted neither can the two male members of staff.
Roberto’s Italian – SouthportAbsolutely gorgeous restaurant. Everything was perfect. Brilliant customer service, friendly and food was gorgeous!
Sing Faye Chinese Restaurant – St.HelensLovely food
Ying Wah Restaurant – WooltonOur first time to Liverpool, booked in for drinks and food. Unfortunately the football was on and there were big screens in the main area and the smaller bar area. When we first arrived there was music playing in the bar area but this was turned off when the football started. Totally spoilt my experience and I was really looking forward to it. I don't know why they couldn't just have the football on in the main area, not everyone likes football and it was noisy with the men shouting, very disappointing!
